    the first version of Linux I ever used was Mandrake 7.1, and it worked flawlessly along side Windows.

    I second this. I had 7.1 installed on a box that it shared Win* with. It must've been user error.

    OK, OK. Ep 1 blew fairly large chunks (it was 90% eye candy and 10% story). Ep2 was rather enjoyable (if you track past eh Padame/Anakin love scenes and the Droid Factory).

    Mr. Lucas had this story in his head MANY moons ago. Why in the hell should he not finish his vision?

    Yea, I know it was a joke, I just hear it a lot when I say I'm with Sprint. I was just saying that I don't get why people think that, judging on my experience, that's all.

    Another satisfied Sprint customer, I see.

    I've been with Sprint for about 3 years now. I had an older model phone prior to this past fall and the range did suck for the most part. I have a much better model phone now. It's quite rare that I fall into a Roam Zone and I have a pretty good signal most places I go. I do still notice a fair amount of network delay once the night hours start, but it'll still dial after a few seconds pause.

    A lot of people complain about Sprint, but I've never had any major problems with them to make me want to switch.

    My problem is I don't think there is a practical solition for the cabling.

    Is 35 feet long enough?

    I've been looking into this for a month or two now. The only draw back is the CD-Drive. If someone made an External, Wireless, CD-Drive that I could just sit on my desk, in the closet my machines go.

    We were all surprised when on the second day K.D. asked her mom to log out so that she could have her login. The obvious sense of power and control that having her own user ID gives her is beyond my ability to put into words.

    Power? Control? Ummm... I guess this person doesn't have kids.
    I have an (almost) 5 year old. "DADDY! I want to watch the Power Rangers! (Yellow Ranger is rather cute...) DADDY! I want to play Lego Racers! DADDY! I want to play Jedi's! (Star Wars: Jedi Academy).

    So this kid learnd the word "log in"? My son knows something too:

    As an experiment, try watching AOTC without the whole "frolicking" scene.

    Throw in the Factory romp to the dump list and you got your self a pretty OK movie! I most certainly agree, though. When I watch it, I track past those scenes (namely the turd cow scenes). SO damn boring, they are.

    This gets modded as Flamebait. I dunno. If the OP wants the show to continue to air THAT bad, then he/she/it needs to open their wallet and see how far it gets them.
