    The dude could have been content being a hero in the enthusiast/IT community. He could have been remembered long after he was gone.

    Now... he's killing the baby for a cash payout. He'll be remembered for this.

    But who cares... it's all about the big bucks.

    I suspect it's less about selling out, and more about finally letting go of something that was costing him money out of pocket to run every month. There's something to be said for not having to worry about whether or not you can afford health insurance for your family.

  2. Netflix/Marvel seems to be particularly bad for this. I think it's because they film them on a shoestring budget. They basically suck you in with EP 1-2, then leave you hanging in the final, but he rest is basically just filler. Also, with every series in the universe, 99% of the show takes place on maybe 3 or 4 sets. They probably film the entire season in a week.

    A human walking to their job is technically the same. The private business is using the public sidewalk to get their profit generating resources on site. Should this be outlawed also?

    On the other hand, once it's discovered, it's easy to figure out everything affected. The alternative is to figure out which nights in the last 6 month Weldon decided to hit the bar then show up faded for work.

    I was a paid HBO subscriber for years, but after the buyout, ATT now offered it to me for free so I cancelled my paid subscription.

    The core base who is technical enough to install cooked ROMs is technical enough to find alternate sources for play store apps. And since they're going to all that extra trouble, that many more users will simply decide not to pay for them.
