It would't hurt to take CS as a major and business as a minor. Never know when you will find yourself in a startup and taking on a management role.

Management isn't a skill that can be formally learned; it is a mix of experience and the soft skills/persona of the manager, without both of the latter 2 you will end up with a rigid, incompetent manager.

Personally, I believe that the issue is the USA's tax rates are too high on these companies so they are being encouraged to do business overseas instead of in their home country to shelter themselves from the tax rates in the USA.

Do you honestly believe if the USA's tax rates would be lower that they would pay US taxes? They do what they do because they can, plain and simple.

It entirely depends on the company, and "loaded" is completely relative to the "loadedness" of the observer. I'm my experience, its not necessarily the alcohol, but the person, that makes one a boring conversationalist. Also people who get "loaded" usually have hilarious stories that wouldn't happen/be told if they weren't under the influence of alcohol, IMO, YMMV

Let's be honest, the world runs on Windows and Office. Linux simply isn't capable of meeting the needs of most users.

Maybe not at the moment, but when Linux gains more traction (and it probably will eventually, more games than ever are being developed to be Linux compatible, to give one use case example) there will be more reason to develop those "must have" features. Remember, programmers are giving up their precious time to open source; there has to be an incentive for giving up that time, increased adoption is definitely an incentive IMO.

If you care to check, you will find that the world doesn't revolve around you and that managers are people at the end of the day, they are not omniscient.
