that's not all that far fetched. buildings in the area of WTC on 9/11/2001 were all dusty on the inside from the collapsed towers. additionally - there was a museum that saved their inventory by closing off the vents and other ductwork before the two towers fell.

The MPAA already does (voluntarily, not by law) this with movies rated NC17, R, PG-13, etc.

Flaws exist in both (just ask the many 12 year olds who have slipped into R movies), and not all video stores honor those ratings when kids check out movies (and for that matter, games, should such be implemented). But it's a lot better than having the feds regulate it.

    re: listening to the game

I recommend listening to a few innings of Harry Kalas (especially home run calls), broadcaster of the Phillies. He was inducted to the Hall of Fame last August, and was described as a man whose voice stirs excitement by reading the phone book. Kalas generally does innings 1-3 & 7-9 & extras on TV, 4-6 on the radio.

I think the next Harry Carey caliber broadcaster is out there and will be found.

IMO - the best broadcasters are those who dedicate themselves to one team (like Carey did for the Cubs, Kalas for the Phils), not those national guys who come in and do a weekly game of the week.
