I saw that TV special, and probably lost a fem IQ points because of it. Yeah it was on FOX (just like so much quality TV...). It was called "When Cars Attack" and was hosted by Richard Belzer. It was all so obviously fake because of all the computer-generated graphics, and all silly as hell. That thingy was called a "hydrosolator", and the guy gave a warning to not to remove it if you ever found it.

Then don't. It's accessible as a Mass Storage Device, so you never need to install any of that crap on your computer.
and to the person below, it's an ISD-300 chip. The 200 needs a special driver to be recognized as an MSD, whereas the 300 doesn't. You just have to plug it in for it to be recognized.

Actually, they did console games too. I remember seenig "Square Electronic Arts" durign the intro screens to a couple games.
