A: Even if you're not interested in digital programming, conventional TV sets will continue to work for many more years. For broadcast signals, they will work until at least 2006 and then low-cost HDTV sets will be available.
except instead of using one of these cars, you drive your own car onto a pallet that will take you and your own car to the destination of your choice... and this one idea will not work because people dont want to give up their own cars (or add another one to the drive)
I do feel bad for the show and Duchovney. He is a very likeable actor, however, he has been severely typecasted (see the last two or three movies he's been in)

Where I work there are 1100+ people in my office and most just click links in email for the heck of it (can you say outlook virus?)...
This isnt the gov't saying what a private owner can or cant have this is the fed gov't telling local gov't that they cant tell the private owner what they can or cant have...
is that a lot of code is derived from students, the students are paying to go to school. The university should have NO rights to the code that was developed by their students, only that derived from the faculty...

we need more money for education... well now you have a choice, either they can sell the code they have developed, or taxes can go up...
