    Most academic institiutions in sweden is connected to a dual 2.5 GigaBit network (SUNET).
    SUNET is connected to NORDUnet (Academic networks of Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland.) Using up to 10 GigaBit connections

    well... most antibiotic resistances is due to natural selection, not man-made gene-transformations.

    Accessive use of antibiotics is to blame, not genetic engineering.

    Problem is that if a bacteria population become resistent this might spread to other species, as bacterias have the capability to exchange genetic material with each other.

    the journal owns the text, not what the text says.
    big difference.

    In "ordinary errors" should have been catched in the review process. If not, the journal has bad reviewers.
    It sometimes cost money to publish scientific articles.
    In essance, you pay them to review your paper.
    Major errors that slip through, should be blamed on the journal, yes.

    Do you know how hard it is to make a wheel, suspension system that can stand the enormous forces in 500 km/h.
    (vibration, small bumps etc.)

    The wheels are supposed to last for years running daily at that speed. (this is a big problem for high speed trains.)

    MAGLEV has "no" moving parts.
    eg. less material stress.. (safer and cheaper in the long run.)

    MAGLEV's only limit is the air drag.

    There are radars (target radars on surface to air missile launchers) that can render a pilot in a plane a couple of thousand feets up sterile in just a couple of seconds...

    A couple of thousand watts in a nice beam seems to do the trick..
