Any single trigger pull, multiple discharge weapon requires special licenses from the federal level. Any firearm sold in the US legally without this license is single trigger pull, single discharge. As a firearm enthusiast myself, I don't even know where one would start to try to acquire a full auto or burst fire weapon.

You start by saving up about $15,000, the $200 tax and 9 month wait are a piece of cake.

Depends on if your state allows destructive weapons. The ATF will register it as a destructive weapon. You pass a background check and pay your $200 tax and 6 - 9 months later you get a tax stamp in the mail and go buy your CRAM as long as you don't use explosive ammo you're go to go.

I really don't have a problem with my water bill. I know how much it costs the city and they make no money on the water. Several small towns here go together and split the costs of the building the lake and matainance and now the wells. It's not cheap, but the costs are mostly local, we did get a grant that the towns had to match for the wells due to the extended drought. In the next 5 years I expect the water cost to increase by at least 50% and our sewer plant is about to need updating and the costs are expected to be 2 to 4 million to bring it up to date. For a town of 800 people that's gonna hurt!
