Netflix itself has such deals. For example "House of cards" is not available in Estonia. Probably, because they have licensed it to local public tv channel ETV.

I have never seen 17" and 19" 4x3 LCD's. All the non-widescreen ones I have ever seen have been 5x4 with 1280x1024 resolution (and it is actually 5x4 screen). I have currently LG L1953S on my table for example. Weird thing is, that the LG homepage claims, that it is "4:3" - but actual screen has 5x4 proportions (about 37.6x30.2 cm for actual screen area). And native resolution is 1280x1024. So it seems, that manufacturers are for some reason incorrectly using 4x3 instead of 5x4 in their documentation.

Finnish and Hungarian are remotely related languages. But there are similar words on both - I once saw list of similar words between Estonian and Hungarian language (Estonian is closely related to Finnish) - I don't remember them, expect one (blood is "veri" in Estonian and "ver" in Hungarian). Languages are not only consider related because of the words bu also accentuation and the way sentecnes are made up.
