Person B access Internet through PacBell
While california can tax person B due to them using a local phone number..they cannot tax Person A..Constitutionally only Fed can tax interstate commerce..
a tax woudl drive everyone to use national isps rather than pay the tax..is this waht California is after?
so this is just classes to qualify as college credit..
I do not know why you people are complaining..each student if they take advantage of training on Red Hat Linux and Cisco is probably saving themselves a year in college in college costs through loans..
It snot liek they are entering the job market right after this traing as they lack the practical exp on the job..
Basically those hs course qualify fro credit on the CLEP right?
Next you people would have HS chemistry outlawed because we learn how to blow things up..
Sounds like the company wants a documented written get out of jail card when they fire any employee by saying later that they had to becuase of a credit check..
I would be leary of this if they did not do a credit check as part of the interviewing process..
Not to throw damper on thsi but theri agreement is illegal..
the only power that can grant permission to state to charge sales taxes on interstate sales(from people out of ste) is the Federal government not the states themselves!
I suggest if you purhcase onile from one of these companies to dispute the bill..the law i son your side..
