This is going to cut Europe off from the global network as well. It was bad enough when they passed that dumb law that said every site that used cookies (all of them) had to display an irritating notification. Now, this new law adds bureaucracy and cost to every company that complies. I mean, now I have to hire a frigging Data Protection Officer? WTF? It's just another "screw you, business" from the out of touch EU. Good intentions, probably, but we know what those count for.

After reading the many anti-American comments on any article published concerning the US, I say good riddance. I've never seen such an ungrateful bunch of free-loaders. America's role as the world's policemen is coming to an end. Too much money and blood being spent (and wasted) overseas and too many problems at home. All American bases on foreign soil should be closed and the troops brought home. Let the rest of the world deal with the mess for a change. We can defend our borders. Let others worry about theirs.
