Is reverse-engineering software necessarily illegal? Has a precedent been set in the software world that would apply to this? Is there a lawyer in the house (or a law student with too much time)?
The bed can handle his 5-foot-6-inch, 165-pound frame, even when he jumps up and down on it (an experiment he tried in response to an e-mail asking if the bed could support two people).
And the reason he couldn't actually test his bed with two people on it obvious.... right?
betamax didn't survive because the tape length wasn't suited for pr0n,
Ironically enough, the ONLY betamax videos I ever saw when I was younger were owned by my friends father, who only had pr0n. For a few years, I thought betamax's were just used for pr0n.
I agree, and in fact, I tell people to treat work as an intermission to living your life. No one ever spend their last day on their death saying, "I wish I could have stayed just one more day at the office."
So, waiting for a full analysis is a bad thing now?
Of course. How can you expect us to mob the scientist with questions you know they can't answer so we can cut their funding if they have done all the needed analyst?
So, what, exactly is added to a print to make it traceable? I have my printer here and I printed a document earlier but I can't seem to find any identifiable markers on it. How is this tech accomplished?
1. How to work with other people Ok, you boys go together and slam into that guy with the ball.
2. How to get along with people you may not like Slam into that guy with the ball.
3. Discipline and focus, with regard to achieving a goal Ok, you slam into him, and you slam into that guy, and you make the touchdown.
4. Planning and stragety If it moves, slam into it.
5. Competitiveness, which certainly can help later in life if applied correctly Now boys, it's just a game. But you better slam into them harder than they slam into us!

Umm... he likes tall girls?
Same as before (read: currently) with the record industry:
"I dont get it. We sue the fuck out of them and they STILL won't buy our products!"
How does that work?
He who pays the lawyers, gets the cash. Problem is, most of us can not afford the time or money to hire an army of lawyers. M$ can.

...AFTER they get a job. If I get less than 50 e-mails a day at work, it's a Christmas day miracle.
So this one dot can uniquely identify every printer sold? Or does the dot just indicate the make/model?

Just when I thought they were going soft, we get this.
Google's new features are cool, no doubt, but perhaps it is losing popularity due to the ever-increasingly complex interface.

This makes me want to kill the ESRB board, but I will do one better, I will run around naked in front of them.
Whoa! Hold up there, champ. It's one thing to threaten some violence, but threatening nudity? Now you've gone too far! Think of the children!!
Please don't even think about drinking until you're 21.
Do non-disclosure agreements expire necessarily? Or is that something that would only happen if it was written into a contract for some reason?
You know, I used to have an old comp that had the turbo button. Did that actually do anything? I seem to recall that most people just left it on.
