    Latin seems like it has most of the benefits you raised, with the additional benefit of having more users.

    Latin may have more users, but most of Esperanto's users are alive.

    Not hours, but once I sent a "Where are you?" text to my GF at the casino. I waited a few minutes with no reply, then I went to look for her. Right after I found her, her phone sounded off. It was my text.

    True, but finding my pet's name isn't that easy. For one thing, I don't have a pet. Someone who knows me might guess whose pet I "borrow", but that person has had about a hundred pets, and that person doesn't use social media, so her pets aren't online.

    True. I've got a lot of those type of accounts, and I use a weak pw on them. Why bother to come up with a strong pw on a worthless account?

    When my passwords get pwned, at least I can change them. When my biometrics get hacked? I'm SOL.

    I agree that Google Doc isn't the problem. Android is. It's not the small screen either, as a tablet should be big enough. IMO, it's the touch-screen and the fact that everything is full-screen.

    I don't know about photo editing, but I tried editing spreadsheets and/or documents on my phone. Once. I never tried it again, and IIRC that was Google Docs. Android (and iOS) just plain suck for that.

    As with most things, it's a tradeoff. If I'm in the living room, I usually watch on the "big screen". But I sometimes watch in the bedroom or kitchen, and the iPad works fine for that.

    Same here. I don't have any problem with long coding sessions. But long meetings? That's a problem.

    I do half of that. My FB account is full of boring stuff that would put any border cop to sleep (Heck, it puts me to sleep and I wrote it). The good stuff, like my plans for world domination, aren't on FB in any of my identities.

    That's one of my peeves. The SSN is fine as an ID. It is NOT fine as a password, and those people who treat it as such are idiots.
