Why would the owners have to pay, they pay the performers and the performers are the ones profiting. If anything the performers should play and if you have a tv on the owners of the tv station should pay(oh wait they already did!!). Yeah I'd like to see them try and harass a band.

that's always been the point of gpl, if you use it and don't let people change it then they don't want you using free software.
it's not a free market right now. If it was and you needed a procedure(e.g. appendectomy) you could call a few hospitals and get a quote, but you can't. In fact getting a price before anything is done is next to impossible.
yey for annecdotes. I'm on my second xbox 360. The first one had issues where it would freeze after long periods of play. Then it got stolen, and I got a new one. This one has a dvd drive that starts to skip and cause read errors. Both issues were fixed by buying a loud ass intercooler device that snaps onto the back, or not playing during the summer. I live in Florida we keep things warm down here because electricity is expensive as fuck. I have a friend who has one, and he also talks of hardware glitches. early ps2's also were notorious for burning out. However, I have never heard of a console being this problematic. They never sold external cooling devices for ps2's.
umm California and Connecticut are very demoratic oregon is a little democratic florida is a little republican texas is very republican Minnesota is a swing state.
yeah, I'm going to one of those universities in a small ass eastern city. As a result I listen to Sirius. It may be easier to get a license but there just isn't much out here.
It's a waste of time, if you want to do cardio three or more times a week for 30 minutes, you'll be spending at least a good hour coordinating. Some of us have fine social lives and exercise just to get it out of the way.
There's an interest in the government to subsidize new technologies with the potential for greater societal good. As to why, look up externality on wikipedia.
win98se was just some downloads. Win2k was a different product line. I didn't mention me, but it is as much of an upgrade as vista and didn't sell well either.
>> Like all versions of Windows, there is no reason for the average consumer to upgrade an existing computer - just wait until you get a new computer.
Windows xp over 98/me was a huge improvement and there were plenty of reasons to upgrade. 98 over 95 was a good upgrade as well. 95 over 3.1 was also a good upgrade.
This is the first time that there really is no reason to upgrade.

Linux is an operating system kernel, not a person or a company, it's not sentient, and it's not going to innovate anything. I'm glad you were able to turn a microsoft bash into some kind of anti linux comment. You also forgot to bash apple and bsd.
"Most people don't consider them to include humans."
Anyone who knows what monophyletic and paraphyletic mean isn't "most people".
What's this VCR you speak of?
of course it's not as productive, no one says they have the right to make money. but it's not the business owner playing the songs.

if they don't respect our licenses . . . .
You can find serials and copies of parallels on isohunt.com and thepiratebay.org
or he's merely pointing out how correlation doesn't imply causation. How about the correlation between crime rate and distance from the equator.

prostitution and drugs are quite a bit more victimless. At least they only hurt the buyer and seller at most.

Does your reality exclude anything but bigass eastern cities?
As apposed to the alternate explanation. Microsoft is doing this out of the goodness of their heart. Yeah, that's more likely.
I'm glad you think you're hot shit, and that passive aggressiveness works for you. Though you really know little about model selection.

how do you do that?
