Ping back the number listed in the caller ID, if you do not get a busy signal, then drop the call before it rings through. Sooner or later I will start working on that.

I bought a Nokia 550 with windows 8 on it. Later, when my wife finally broke the Motorola Razor VC3 she stole from me, I gave my wife the 550 and bought a 640. When my wife dropped and broke her 550, I bought her a 640. I now have a broken wrist from trying to take the 640 away from her. Mine runs Windows 10, hers Windows 8.1. She will not let me update her phone.
I have been looking at the Android phones in preparation for the eventual failure of my 640. I could find nothing comparably spec'd in a price range I was willing to pay. I am not enamored of the Android phones, will not buy an Apple phone, but will by a 950 XL to replace my phone.
I am glad that MS is again selling Windows phones.
Pretty much anyone who has written and used artificial intelligence against a random time series can tell you that software is terrible at prediction of future outcome.
Why do I say this? I have been writing AI software for three years examining lottery prediction. Every model I have written is great at producing numbers, but Terrible at predicting the lottery, Maybe someday, but not today.
With software being so bad at predicting random events, why would someone attempt to use it to predict the random event of whether someone will reoffend.
It is not surprising that humans can use two variables and have an equal or greater chance of predicting whether a person will reoffend. It is pretty well understood by parole officers, police, and the courts that a person mellows with age and becomes less likely to commit a crime.
The comment that attempts to associate crime with intelligence made by Quantaman shows a serious misunderstanding of crime and society and intelligence.
Isn't it a shame that I have to have three browsers, Chrome, FireFox and Edge to do the job of one browser that I can simply change the user agent in a single browser to do the job?

Google Fiber is now my ISP and has been for a few years. Prior to fiber building out in my area, Centurylink was my ISP.
If Centurylink has no customers, then why can I sown numerous payments to them for internet service.
Perhaps all of us that are, or were customers of Centurylink should file a class action lawsuit for wrongful billing and make them pay us back.
