Ah, so in other words they're saying that "Yes, the commercials are louder, but we'll explain it in such a way that it sounds like we're saying no, so we don't piss off the advertisers."
As everyone else has said it's a dualdisc and it does have problems in some cd and dvd drives. I had to rip it on my server because none of my other drives would read it.
Al said that he wouldn't be using the dualdisc format in the future because of the problems it's causing. Although I can't seem to find any reference to this right now, so I could be wrong.
They can also have 2 separate functions, such as in a dialogue box with a multi-line text box. The return key (grouped with the letters) will simply add a new line in the text box, but the enter key (on the number pad) will select the default response for the dialogue box.
What theatre did you work at? I was a Projectionist for 6 years and customers requested volume changes all the time, and I almost always complied (the only time I didn't was when they complained that the volume was too loud during the trailers because 5 minutes into the movie they'd come back and tell me that it was too low). This was at a United Artist/Regal theatre. We'd get recommended volumes with each movie from the distributor, but they'd only be followed until someone complained (and usually only for the big movies like Star Wars).
I agree with most of what you said except for they are selling "licenses to listen to music."
I don't know about you but I've never licensed any music. When I buy a CD I now own the CD and the representation of music contained on that CD. When I buy music on iTunes, I'm buying a representation of the music that I download. I'm not allowed to distribute it because of copywrite law, but I'm not licensing it either.
Except, if enough people have bought from them, the movie industry will not only have a lot of pissed off customers, but most likely a very costly class action lawsuit filed against them.
You haven't actually used Lightning, have you (it's not the calendar plugin)?
Lightning does put a small calendar in the lower left corner of Thunderbird. When you click on it, it will open a larger calendar in the messages area of Thunderbird (at least it'll open if you get the right build). Here are some older screenshots of Lighning. They're from may, and it looks much better now.
I work at a movie theatre, and we do have someone walk through the theatre twice per movie. We'd like to do more than that, but the company won't give us the money to have an extra person constantly checking theatres.
If the former, then whilst he doesn't have a right to download a new copy, he should have a right to do what he likes with that physical cassette, including copying it and giving it to someone else.
You're almost right. If we buy the physical cassette, we have the right to copy it but not to give it to someone else (though this is ussually overlooked on a small scale). This is because our purchase doesn't supercede copyright law.
The theatre where I work has switched to doing this. We have 20 minutes of adds on a digital projector before the showtime. Then there are no ads once the show starts just previews and the movie.

The word "A" or "a" (which other than their cases seem to be surprisingly similar) can both be pronounced as either "ay" or "uh".

I'm sorry but I have to point out that it's :
"My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Nine Pizza-pies."
Also, pulling up next to a car transmitting on my frequency keeps getting more and more frequent.
Looks like X minus V plus III.
I prefer its simpler form: VIII (which did come out on the PlayStation.)
Actually you'll need to go a little wider for HD.
720p is 1280 x 720.

Personal Use = Fair Use
It's never overrun by football. They start it after the game ends and push everything else that night back by the same amount.

LiveJournal looks just fine for me in both Camino and Firefox 1.5. I think you have a font problem.

This has always been the case. Quickime doesn't let you view full screen unless you get the pro version.
Because mp3 is NOT open and AAC is NOT DRMed.
Do you guys get free refill on the pop and 25 cent refills on popcorn over on your side of the pond?

No
Actually, Yes as long as it's a large
The main reason is for Hi-Def, the XBox isn't fast enough to play it.
Just open the m3u file with text editor and dl the mp3s

I've built a Mac, an 800 Mhz G4.
The parts are hard to find but it's possible.
