    Two reasons.

    First, like another reply said it determines when the theatre can get the movie. Dollar movie theatres have older movies for a reason.

    Second, because he's wrong. I also work at a movie theatre, and also used to think this was true. After talking to my Boss, she told me that our theatre makes roughly have of our money on tickets and the other half on concessions.

    Do you know of anywhere where you can actually use a P800? I'd like to play with one before I get a new phone. None of the Cell providers seem to have them, at least not near me.

    The main problem, for me at least, is not the drawer but the resolution of most of apples machines. 1024X768 is much too small in my opinion.

    Anyway, as far as Camino goes, it hasn't used a drawer in quite a while. The bookmarks and history work similar to safari. That might be in the nightly builts, though. Of course it's gotten much better since .7

    At Verizon you can simply get a new phone and they'll switch the service for free. At least they did that for me when I broke my old phone (used a friend's old phone). Of course the N-Gage won't work. I think you need a gsm network.

    Actually, the processor can only do one thing at a time. You see the processor must switch back and forth between slices, and of course for system processes. So, while it might seem (to you or even the toast) that both peices are being toasted at the same time, really there is at most one peice being toasted at one time.

    Check out VectorWorks for a good Mac CAD program. Opens and saves to ACAD file formats pretty well too.

    No it was lack of iDVD support he was worried about with that website.

    Then you should try out VectorWorks.
    It imports and exports to AutoCad very easily.

    Works fine.

    Haven't tested the framerates recently but it's very smooth at 1024X768 on my T-bird 900 with a Geforce2 GTS and Mandrake 9.1.

    Prices can be set to include sales tax. This is the way my theatre operates, with all post tax prices in multiples of quarters, this makes counting out the registers so much easier btw. Of course you occasionally get the customer who wants to pay with 3 dimes and can't understand why you (or any other register) has no nickels.

    Intel can also sell PPC 970 Linux workstations to company's using Power4 servers (or anyone for that matter). Tacking on Altivec would add a second market for the chip, without costing them too much more.

    I also work at an engineering company and we recently switched to the DC5000 (3 from ebay). They're very rugged and pretty easy to use as well. I take care of the cameras as far as extracting pictures and changing batteries is concerned and I haven't been shocked yet.
    So, if you don't mind the bigger size, I highly recommend these cameras. Although, I did buy my dad a powershot A40 for Christmas, it's very nice but not as tough as the DC5000

    Why? If I want to download an .rpm for instance, or any other file that I can legally download, why does my download need to be tracked to be legal. If I want to share an mp3 of my bands latest single why do I need tracking. I can simply check how many times it's been dl'd from me if I want some feedback, or search to see how many instances I can find.
