Just get it from TheIndividual here on his slashdot journal. An AC posted this below, but he's at 0 and I don't have mod points, so I'm reposting it.

I've used the Sveasoft firmware in the past, but I immediately returned the router. That WRT54g is just not fast enough to deal with my 8mbps internet and do QoS on it at the same time. I went back to using my custom iptables and QoS scripts on my linux box which is an athlon xp 2000+.

That Sveasoft dude is an evil idiot, and needs to be hit on the head with a GPL stick. I wouldn't pay him for it, even if he included the antidote.

However, the Nintendo Revolution will not have DirectX, unless something has changed that I didn't know about. The X in Xbox came from DirectX, the abstraction language that almost all windows game programmers use(with the exception of games from id that use OpenGL).

The whole point behind the xbox was for it to be a "console for the developers". It lets people who are used to writing PC games, which includes most studios, to begin writing games immediately for a new console with a minimal learning curve.

From what I understand, the PS2 is INSANELY hard to write software for, and I imagine the gamecube and the forthcoming revolution are/will be the same.

Microsoft really has done a good thing for once by making a device that just plays games and basing it off of a common abstraction layer.

With all that said, if it isn't compatible with my current games, I'm definitely going to hold off buying it until I see what the cell processor infrastructure has to offer. Why buy a console that can't play all my games until I can compare the Xbox Next, the PS3, and the Nintendo Revolution.

    I've gotten so far:

One iPod which I eBayed for $275 from freeipods.com

And right now, I'm 4/5 done on another free ipod from mp3players4free(another credible company, called centric offers).

Centric doesn't really spam you at all. FreeiPods.com IMMEDIATELY sold my email address to every single company they could think of. Centric, just let me give it to the companies that do the offers. Gratis(freeipods.com owner) is making money from the referrals and from direct selling of the email address.

I would urge anyone who only wants to do one iPod offer to do the Centric free iPod.

They only make money off people who forget to cancel offers, or who like the offers. For instance, my dad did one of the referrals for Blockbuster, and now he uses that online service. He even upgraded it to the 5 out at a time plan.

</rant>, but I don't see a problem with giving the info to these people if they just spam your crap email.
