On that note, has anyone else noticed Silverlight being pushed out to WSUS servers as another important Windows update? Three times?
As in, when we choose "Do not install, and don't tell me again", it re-appears in the subsequent two update runs. This is the second time this has happened in as many years.
So... you're saying there's no way your mac could ever be run at full capacity without sourcing power from the battery (thus draining it), even when plugged into the mains?
When asked to eat the aforementioned, you should do what everyone should have done - leave the shit to dry out on its own and take a bite from another sandwich altogether.
It's only this rancid herd mentality that you demonstrated that maintains there are only two choices that keeps getting Kodos, I mean, the wrong lizard, I mean GOPs and Dems into power.
A hologram is considered 3D, because it captures a continuous interference pattern representing any number of viewing angles on a 3D object.... but not the back of it, so it's not "true" 3D either.
My el cheapo Android tablet from China has an inbuilt TV tuner, complete with a decent sized antenna. It's analogue TV only, so it's no good to me but interesting nonetheless.
Now all we need is support for hot-pluggable displays, like USB VGA cards that use the sisusbvga driver but the X server knows nothing about until it restarts.
I'm writing this right now with Redshift running. If I click the little icon in the system tray my eyes feel physical pain as the screen becomes a barrage of blue, then when I click it again suddenly feel calmer as the deep orange sunset hue sets in.
Video is automatically "beneath" the filter too, unless using xv which, for some reason appears "above" the filter (ie is not redshifted at all).
The only problem is I have to remember to switch it off when colour-correcting photos:)
So this looks like Microsoft have released Android Office 365 viewer, so we can read documents on our Android devices. Just like the other zillion hillion office apps out there.
Can people not grasp the notion that some of us might want to actually edit documents on our tablets? Sure, the tablet platform lends itself much better to consuming content than creating it, but there are many cases where the ability to edit, say, a spreadsheet in a mobile context would be very useful. Stocktakes and financial meetings immediately come to mind.
The Treaty of Waitangi may become a constitutional document one day, if it is ever ratified. As it stands, it is an otherwise worthless historical document that is waved around by nefarious powers in order to create division.
How about 10 hours? I regularly do this trip with two smallish kids and there's no problems. We talk, often about things out the window, and yes occasionally listen to music.
Why do we think we're doing kids a favour by stimulating their senses every waking moment?
Wait, you pay to receive text messages where you live?
WTF?
Having said that, there's a few good IM apps for android that
They're working on tobacco, though you left sucrose off the list.
Perhaps not particularly helpful to you, but it works reliably for me.

This is also true. However orbit isn't necessarily always the goal. A rocket destined for Mars, for example, has no need to be in an Earth orbit.

Do you actually own a laptop computer?
It's very simple. If you're offering an Internet connection and you don't allow servers, you don't get my business. No problem.
So what would you give to a kid?
It's kinda funny how literally shitting on each other is the German national pastime, and yet only the NSA knows who exactly is shitting on whom.
I do not think that word means what you think it means.

You, sir, are a part of the problem.
No, the median is.
That is all.

Good, good, you're starting to get it...
I noticed this yesterday when I restarted my browser and all several hundred tabs opened across five windows. A very welcome addition!
Personally, I was hoping for a female Doctor
Please tell me you're joking.

It reminds me of those people who make a point of ragging on Justin Bieber or the Twilight saga, as if they were capable of producing anything better.
Apparently it's just fashionable to be a hater.
Not that I am a fan of either, but they are by no means any worse than the majority of what comes out in their respective genres.

Change the device ID string so I can install some badly-packaged apps from Google Play that don't know about my tablet.
