What bothers me is that the main complaint is that companies are 'loosing money'...
This cant be possible in most cases, since I hadnt planned on buying it in the first place! Most of the time I just download the tunes, find stuff I like, then if its worth buying I do, but I think most people are sick of the big businesses hyping the crud out of 1 good song to sell a CD, and you get 12 cruddy songs.:P
I'm just sick of posts bitching about english form, English is a bastardized evolving language anyways, when you use a chat program, you dont care about grammer and punctuation and spelling, its the meaning that matters. As long as you can understand the meaning, who cares? The only reason he posted at all was to make himself feel better by putting down someone else's english so he can stroke his little ego.
I agree!! Isnt that bull, you go to a movie, pay like 5 - 10 bucks to watch it, pay 8 dollars for 10 cents worth of popcorn and 20 cents worth of coke, and THEN have to watch them advertise local businesses????
I quit going to movies now, a projector and Kazaa are a man's best friend.:)
I wouldnt be the first to jump on an ATI driver. I will let others corrupt their x-windows before me, then download the fixed drivers when they come out!:)
You could make it even easier.
Have the ISP's pay a fee to content providers, and have that page (like salon.com) open their article's to any request coming from that ISP's IP block. Then ISP's would actually have something else to offer besides "the internet" and the pages like salon.com could be paid steadily. MAybe even make it a per-subscriber fee to the ISP.:)
I would LOVE to switch every single PC at this office over to Redhat with OpenOffice but I NEED an outlook replacement!
I'm not going to switch my 12 gig outlook store over to something else, its just not feasable right now (or in the forseeable future) but if someone somewhere would come up with a good outlook replacement that was FREE, I would switch in a heartbeat, and never look back.:)
Yea, right, and they need to design expensive hotels and clubs with access to the monetarily disabled...
Get a grip dude...
Lynx, will you please let it go? If all software was designed to be compatible with old crud nothing would ever advance, see how it helped win95 / 98 / ME? Each one was larger and worse than the previous....
With the cost per gigabyte going down steadily, now its cheaper to store a DVD encoded movie on a hard drive than it is to buy one from the store. And with a good quality TV Output card, everything can integrate right into the stereo and TV..
That would make sense, but then it would turn into a gamble of who can find / retain the highest price lawyers, and whoever takes the larger risk of getting the more pricey legal team would end up winning, and the other would pay BIG.:(
I have a slick panasonic razor that gets charged right through the plastic by induction. (this link isnt the one I have, but I believe this charges the same) Panasonic CatalogBR
Then you could use your mouse anywhere, and just by using it on the mousepad or by leaving it on your desk when you leave, it would recharge. Why isnt this type of recharging technology used in more applications??
I remember happy days of graphing out weird designs, and when I found out I could change the pen cursor, I almost had a happy fit! Of course, this was when I was in 5th grade. Logo and Graphics language, hehe, those were the days.
I loved Basic too, anyone else go nuts with BASIC and make animations and designes in Basic? I popped a few of those open recently when I found a disk full, and seeing my perfectly timed app run on a 1.2 Ghz processor when I designed it on a 12.5 mhz proocessor was a bit disappointing!!:)
No no, I have a lot in my quick launch bar too, I mean actual running programs, by the time in the lower right. Unless you happen to be sporting gigs of ram, why in the world would you have all that stuff start up every time you turn on your computer??:)
A small florida company has apparently found an early 1900's patent on the words 'open source', and are expected to file suit against redhat yet this week...
Why not use microwaves for a communication signal then??
Forcing your culture??
Screw you buddy, its a simple mistake, dont be such an ass..
Damn terrorists....

Yea, if you have the budget for tapes, AND wait to wait for hours to backup, and DAYS to retrieve.....
Well, maybe not days, but it feels like it when your restoring on a saturday night and have to wait for it.....
Its not humor, its bitching. :P

I think Mr Garrison says it best...
You got to hell, you go to hell and you die!!!
If his words get his meaning across, what the hell are you bitching about?!?!?
Oh holier than thou picture of perfect english....

Anyone else think this could work?

And then Marklar will marklar the marklar, and in the end the marklar will all go to marklar in a marklar!!
These damn marklar's.....
The people who are afraid to evolve will be the ones to die, leaving more room for the brave...
More room for me!

Is get the address of the marketing director, and send them all to him / her. I bet THAT would stop it!! :)
All of your storage media's are but a fad...

Hopefully something tragic will happen and they will have to enter the decontamination room and spread goo on each other again!!!!
Its not a bug...
its a feature!
And I think the Us Monetary system is unfair because I dont have enough of it!!!
