The higher level (container) has the info it needs to pass its payload along to the next level. http, being a payload in the data of IP, and so on. Now I cannot speak to if this makes sense in the contact of media storage, but parsing deep into the media itself would seem to be out of scope of a container, and then end up being a crutch that could break later for yet unimagined content.

Well then the counter to this that there will need to be a standardized framework for every sales tax levying entity to publish their tax rates in a normalized, portable and regulated format.

IIRC here in NYS, there are some products that are (or used to be) taxed differently depending on which dept in the store they were in. So there is more then mere collection going on here. Not to mention the fact that there are ppl who live in one county/town but the postal address is in another county/town/tax district.

In short, the states/localities have their own crap to deal with first.

Yes there may be a good reason for relatively high voltage AC, but many of our modern devices aren't using raw AC anymore. What we have left are high draw things: motors/compressors, transformers, heating elements. So to over simplify, appliances.

Each step, put all the screws in that set up a separate area (not unusual). However with the g3, many steps had a *lot* of multi sized screws. What I did was did a rough sketch of their relative positions and sizes; (xs,s,m,l, etc). You can find tear down instructions with screw sizes, but really, can you tell a 3mm from a 3.5mm?

Also, if you aren't going for immediate reassembly, you can lay out a strip of clear packing tape, and stick them down, separating them by step. Seal them over when disassembly is done, roll-up and store. You can slice them open one step at a time when putting it back together.
