They aggregate together things of all kind, to the point where an aggregate doesn't make any sense at all
Not only that, but I find it difficult to take seriously a company that bills itself as "The Coding Standards Company", and then requires javascript to be enabled to simply view their website. Sure, use javascript for fancy menus or whatever, but how in the world do you justify requiring it to see anything on the page besides their logo.
how about if he rejigged his crawler to get the data from the google cache instead? So he'd never get anything from facebook or enter into any implied agreement with them.
That's a good one. And he though he had a problem with Facebook lawyers? I hear that Google lawyers eat Facebook lawyers by the bowlful.
True, there must be a hearing, and the rules generally vary from state to state. Point being, the principal should initiate some form of disciplinary action, despite whatever backlash is to be expected from the parents or even the community. That's their job.
Let me put it this way: if you were the principle of the public school, what could you have done that wouldn't have brought the bullies' parents down on your ass?
Oh gee, I don't know.... how about use your authority as principal to expel their asses.
A principal who's afraid of what the parents of disruptive bullies thinks has no business being principle. If he/she isn't part of the solution, they are part of the problem
Sure, they may be fine politicians in the congressional districts.
But the OP asked "what would we expect from ANY President", and since all 3 candidates you mentioned failed repeatedly to become President, I'd posit that their stance has served them poorly in that regard.
Don't get me wrong, I certainly support such a stance. I just happen to think that an anti-business stance doesn't serve one well who wants to be President
Perhaps Joe Blow shouldn't be carrying concealed weapons. That should be left to people who know what they are doing.
Still, this discussion is academic. Regardless of the chambering of the round, this tradgedy was caused by an irresponsible gun owner leaving a gun within reach of a child (assuming it was an accident).
Are you kidding me? I... can't... My brain hurts! Please pull your brain out of the box beside your desk and insert in skull before opening your mouth again. I cannot believe that anyone that has an internet connection can be this out of touch with reality. Please, tell me your kidding.

A man is flying in a hot air balloon and realizes he is lost. He reduces height and spots a man down below. He lowers the balloon further and shouts: "Excuse me, can you tell me where I am?" The man below says: "Yes, you're in a hot air balloon, hovering 30 feet above this field." You must be an engineer" says the balloonist. "I am" replies the man. "How did you know." "Well," says the balloonist, "everything you have told me is technically correct, but it's no use to anyone." The man below says "you must be in management." "I am" replies the balloonist, "but how did you know?" "Well," says the man, "you don't know where you are, or where you're going, but you expect me to be able to help. You're in the same position you were before we met, but now it's my fault."
Lets be happy that we're probably the last generation that can watch how the beautiful girls walk on street in their red dresses and nice legs and ass.
It's pretty interesting, though the tutorial video with the inverter completely ignores the fact that you need to also drive the outputs to ground when the inputs are high. Not exactly the EDA fundamentals you want to teach people.

In this one, the aliens come back with a different OS, and now running Antivirus!
Yes, but it's Norton Antivirus, so Will Smith justs sits back and waits for it to crash itself.

Its worse, its not that they fine you, THEY CAN THROW YOU INTO JAIL FOR FIVE YEARS...
Not a bad deal really.
Then you'll get free room, board AND healthcare.

And how has that stance worked out for them?
Perhaps Joe Blow shouldn't be carrying concealed weapons. That should be left to people who know what they are doing.
Still, this discussion is academic. Regardless of the chambering of the round, this tradgedy was caused by an irresponsible gun owner leaving a gun within reach of a child (assuming it was an accident).
Dammit, I've been meta-whooshed.

"So the hell what if your resale value goes down?"
Truer words have never been spoken by a man living in his parents basement

That's where they are making most of their profit.
Otherwise they would just put an SD slot in it and let people do their own upgrades.
Don't ask them to sign "do you understand" document, it is probably the most career limiting move you can ever do.
Actually, I think the career limiting move is working for an idiot boss/owner in the first place.
"REMEMBER TO DRINK YOUR DECAF"
A crummy commercial. Son of a bitch!
I have 3 boys, ages 6-13. I'd give my right arm for anything aproaching 5 minutes of peace and quiet.
Lets be happy that we're probably the last generation that can watch how the beautiful girls walk on street in their red dresses and nice legs and ass.
... at least until The Matrix comes along.
Y'know, I was just thinking. I love PC games, but I wish the controls were worse.
... and if only they could be made 10x more expensive and easier to break.
"so boats will be a serious limiting factor on the number of people they can move"
Plus, Sarah Palin is reportedly keeping an eye out.
"are you saying that if people weren't allowed to work on the kernel that they'd have more time for sex"
Yeah, I don't think having more "time" for sex would necessarily be helpful in this instance.

And finally and most importantly, Congress would *never* consider extending the copyright term to 1000 years
No only faster relief but none of the nasty "insanity later" side effects.
To be fair, not everyone wants children, including myself.
Most yes, but I know several people that have no desire for children what-so-ever.
Actually, on some occasions, many people who *do* have children have no desire for children what-so-ever.
