  1. get out from behind the desk on Getting Back Into Shape While At The Office? · · Score: 1

to keep the extra weight off I run n the street about 8 miles per week. Get the nice Nike or if you are a bigger person get the Brooks running shoes. Also I run with my wife, it makes for good company and a chance to debrief on the day too. In short find a partner to run with. As far as food goes I follow an easy atkins. No food with white flour, ie bread, rolls, muffins, and no juices or soda. Drink a ton of water and take a one-a-day vitamin. Also, don't forget to take a fish-oil tablet. They are great for the heart. good luck.

because, well, unions suck. at least in my opinion. Truly believe when I say I am not troling you. I do not want another layer between me and my money and that is what I see a union doing. I live in NYS and there are enough layers already. equally as important is that I got into the IT career to be free from static corporate structures so that I could move at the speed of and individual. A union would only slow me down and impose structure that is unecessary.

Anyways, remember when Honda and Nissan were crap in the 70's? Then NAFTA was signed and more than a 100,000 manufacturing jobs in the Southeast of America went south with the now famous sucking sound. Then Honda, Nissan, Mercedes, and others realized, around the sametime, that they could avoid paying tariffs if they built the cars in America. Well the foreign auto manufactuers showed up with more manufacturing jobs than the ones that went to the south. Now those cars are not crap. Funny side note, there are more American made parts in a Nissan than a Ford becuase of trade restrictions on foreign auto makers.
