I guess he never wondered just what the effects of folding his cables over and creasing them flat with an iron would be.

Other shocking revelations include: "Use fewer drives so you don't need as many cables" and "Those mean guys at Voodoo wouldn't teach me their Kable Kung Fu, so I had to peek in the window of their case to learn this".

You may want to do a little reading on water cooling. You _don't_ just dump a bucket of tap water, rain water or salt water into your PC and pray that nothing bad happens. A much better solution is to use pure, steam-distilled water.

    Why?

Because _pure_ water is a terrible conductor of electricity. Tap water only conducts electricity because of trace minerals in the mix. Once you remove those you are left with a pretty good insulator. There are alternatives such as fluorocarbon coolants specially designed for use with electronics, but distilled water is the easiest and cheapest to obtain.

This means that if you do somehow flood your entire case with coolant you will NOT be pretty well fucked regardless of what you or the grandparent poster may expect.

Other people have thought of this before, you know.

Since Disney holds the North American distribution rights but not the merchandising rights they have been quietly releasing them without telling anybody -- They would rather push crap like "Atlantis" or "Treasure Planet" which they can use to drive massive toy and game sales.

The same kind of thing has happened to people like Luc Bresson, Enki Bilal and Yimou Zhang over the past few years. They are largely ignored unless they sell out completely to someone like Disney or Fox. Even then the best they can hope for is often "Orignal Script Written By" credit on dreadful remakes of some of their best work.

But I don't want to get off on a rant here.
