per current us law, I'm not sure a warrant would be necessary if MS decided to open up the Kinect to a government agency. You have already entrusted the data to a third party.
This issue really needs to be addressed, especially with cell phones.
Maybe the pool of woman available to marry older men are either older and "quirkier" themselves, or emotionally damaged young women who my have their own mental issues.
It's impossible to correctly control for this type of "science". Luckily I snagged a hottie while we were both young, so the human race will have ample access to my excellent genetic material.
You've inadvertently pointed to a huge problem with the suggestions from the anti-regulation tea party crowd.
Our regulatory landscape is not a vacuum. There are many existing regulations and many businesses take advantage of them to grow and shut out competitors. I'm sure each of us can think of 3 or 4 ways that an incumbent cable company has benefited from past regulations.
Most of these people don't really want to get rid of current regulations, they just want to hold on to the status quo, the very definition of conservative. Unfortunately, without new regulations to keep companies in check and allow competition to thrive, current and past regulations will continue to allow an unfair advantage to companies and people. They won't acknowledge this, they think it's their right.
There are so many variables when you buy insurance. I'm blessed with good health myself, but I have seen it happen to people.
I had a friend who had a brain tumor which meant he lost his job (truck driver). So, of course he lost his insurance and you can bet that insurance companies weren't jumping out of the wood work to cover him. Even Cobra is little help in a situation like that.
It's really stupid for insurance to be tied to employment. Only a single payer system makes sense. I would much rather pay taxes today to insure I am covered when I need it, vs our current system of paying premiums so 2 or 3 middlemen have a job and when you need the insurance you can't have it.
failing a drug test does not in any way indicate someone stays in an altered state all the time. Alcohol, cocaine, heroine, and meth all leave your body within a pretty small time frame. Your not going to catch those people unless they are really stupid.
Marijuana stays detectable for an extended period, way past the time it affects someone. You are already seeing inklings of this issue in states where it has been legalized and they want to keep people from driving while in an altered state.
My point is that these tests don't do anything except provide afew convenient scape goats. they don't provide anywhere near the savings they are touted to bring. They cost money and they demean people. Unfortunately there is a subset of the population that has to have their boot on someones neck to feel good about themselves.
This is due to our strong state governments. (which I don't necessarily disagree with) Unfortunately 49 states can make good laws, but one decides to shit in the punch bowl and the Supreme Court decided we all have to drink it As a consequence, most states have dropped their own good laws in order to attract businesses.
I enjoy team sports as well as individual sports. I just don't enjoy watching either one unless I'm supporting someone I am personally involved with; like a child, friend, or family member.
This goes back to a point I have made repeatedly. Wealthy people and corps should pay more taxes because they use our legal framework more often (and it's usually crafted to their benefit).
The median family income is quite a bit higher then the per capita. It is also probably a better indicator. It is $33,438. Kudos to you for worrying about your argument more then facts.
I would also like to point out there is probably a added cost to recruiting someone with a Doctorate to live in a SC Appalachian town. There is a reason rural population is declining.
Somewhere around the turn of the century we have moved from trying to build ourselves up, to trying to pull others down. I posit that it is your own fault if you have a shitty wage, shitty benefits, and shitty employer. Unless you are a moron, one (and probably two) of those should be great. If they aren't, you are the problem for letting yourself accept those conditions.
Don't begrudge others what you aren't willing to reach for.
Who never complained?

success is very luck oriented and a few early fans can make a huge difference.

I keep an x2go session open to a home server on my computer. Short of screen-shots, It's pretty safe.
What the story on Netflix caching devices? Does Verizon use them?
Yes, this "let's have someone else collect it" is a straw man argument designed to answer a question that wasn't asked.
No. The main benefit is that 95% of the world uses it.
That's the same claptrap they fed us about day-light savings time...
I'm still pissed, and it's still wrong.
and would gladly pay another $10-$20 to cover the cost of guaranteed 24/7 speed.
Comcast would be happy to offer this service. There is a $99 enrollment fee and it will only cost you $49.95 a month.

reading comprehension fail, troll, or astroturfer?
This is true for alot of people, but ask me how I know you don't have a pre-existing condition.

if only people had realized how stupid drug testing is...

Thank you for your (invalid) point and the straw man arguments I see you have seeded through this discussion.
I'll have to tag this as one of Commissioner Goodell's accounts.

It can be intimidating to walk into a class/group that has built itself around an identifying characteristic. I think you are failing your community.
