  1. Any Emergency care in an urban US hospital is going to be outrageous as well, in my experience. In a rural area, you have the added joy of an hour drive.

    Sounds like a great way (and cost effective) to get daily insulin. Do you honestly think that would work?

    Hospitals are only required to stabilize you, they can also be very aggressive about collecting payments and will absolutely turn you away if your condition is not life threatening (immediately) and you can't pay.

    Your comment is dangerous stupidity, because people believe your wild exaggerations.
    The cost and number malpractice payouts has been dropping, and the "prevalence" of lawsuits is absolutely related to the arrogance of many doctors.

    The Fed's are big enough to get some respect from Amazon. My problem is that for anyone else they can basically screw you with impunity. Your only real recourse is a refund.

    There is a pretty vocal minority of people uninterested in children online. Most people have children and most people enjoy them.
    Yes, they are work, but so is anything worth doing. Also, most first marriages last until one partner dies, divorce fears are overrated.

    There is an annual exclusion. You can gift up to $15k without any taxes (which are owed by the giver). A married couple could give a child up to $30k in 2018.

    I'm surprised Trump hasn't claimed to have visited the edge of the flat earth.
    I think his presidency has finally put to rest the idea that the president has some sort of inside knowledge about extra-terrestrial visits. No way he would have kept that quiet.

    Yeah, the real travesty is he's giving the kid a PDF copy (worst ebook format ever). When he could easily format shift with calibre, maybe after stripping some DRM.

    More likely, seizing crops and maybe a return to serfdom. Hunger is a powerful motivator and the numbers are on the urban side.

    My guess is you have a couple console's. Those suck data like you wouldn't believe. Video is bad, but not as bad as an xbox.
