Which is funny considering Adam Lanza while he attended public school briefly as an elementary student and for a short time in high school, he was primarily either in catholic school or home schooled.
Whats interesting about android 2.3 numbers is that new phones are still being sold with 2.3 on them. Why? because a new unlocked phone that has 2.3 sells for as little as $40-50. That may not be a big thought for you but in other countries they just dont have $200 to spend on the latest model. Most android apps will run on 2.3 just fine.
According to Holle he was drunk and thought his friends were joking and apparently had lent his car to them dozens of times. The felony murder rule never really made sense. Murder under common law "the taking of a human life with malice aforethought. Even a drunk driver has some reckless intent. Its such a convoluted logic that most other common law jurisdictions have repealed the felony murder rule. Canada and the UK no longer have that rule and the model penal code doesnt have it.
Apple has easily 10 times that in cash on hand and a quarterly profit of 8 billion. If Apple wanted Sharp, the only thing blocking it would be japanese or american regulators. In reality a middle company like Foxconn or one of apples other suppliers would make a better fit.
Actually thats not true. This is the part of the florida stand your ground law that deals with provocation. The problem is not that the stand your ground law has no clause on provocation. The problem is section 2 (a) and (b) have such big loopholes that they are meaningless. The right limit to this law would be to prohibit aggressors from claiming protection under stand your ground...period. Someone who is defending themselves after provoking a fight can still use a traditional claim of self-defense and make their case to a jury.

The economist is an example of a magazine that is expensive but worth it...proving that people will pay for solid information. The economist circulation has actually risen 50% in the last 12 years.
About 50 million people which is 1/6 of the population, many of these people will never apply for it because they already have cheap pre-paid cell phone plans that provide much more talk time or don't want a cell phone because they can get a landline with free local calls for $10-15 a month.
