The results might have been a fluke. This probably needs more testing.
The student should sue the pants off of the administrator if the administrator distributed the student's 16 page paper without permission.

I hate it when people continue to complain about the Democrats and Republicans yet continue to vote for them (or not vote at all).
Write an operating system that works on a dozen different processor platforms and license it for free use.

IMO Microsoft has a lot of gall to charge people to fix the problem that they created in the first place.

I was thinking that this would give a new meaning to laser level.
...and of course the NSA has an excellent track record of unbreakable encryption (in case these records get in the wrong hands).
