I can easy follow your idea, and I think you got my point too=)
People with iPod's indicate, that they are 100% for design, and not features or eletronics and sound quality. The PCM2705 from TI that is in the iPod is a NOT a high end DAC! In fact, a low cost DAC =(
If looks, I suggest you to take a picture of it and use it as backgroundpicture, or buy a defect iPod which you can get much cheaper.
Think about it. If the design is so important that the eletronics or features isn't the most important, you will get the biggest "bang for your bugs" with a defect iPod or a picture.
When I look at NDL and FC3 the difference seams small, but there is no doubt that they both (Red Hat and Novell) have spend much time and money on them.
So why don't they just work together on one destribution, but offer different services like they do now?
Wouldn't that save a lot of money and time?
Well, the source code that MS provides is not of much use.
You can't ask for a specific code piece, you get what they have looked over and over and over and over, so it doesn't contain anything remotely interesing.
MS giving out source code is a marketing trick, nothing more. Don't be fooled by that!
I am a true Gnome lover, and of course hope that Novell will go for Gnome in the long run.
BUT, Gnome and KDE need each other in order to improve, just like Linux need MacOSX and Windows.
Gnome and KDE steal idea from each other, and often improve them in someway.
Think if we only had Mozilla and IE. Oprea invented tabbed browsing, and the idea to have search bar in the toolbar among MANY other neat features, that FireFox now have.
CTRL+u is very close to what I am looking for=)
What I would like is a button (or shortcut) for the option in View->Headers->All
The feature about the bip-thing, is when you set Edit->Preferences->General->"When new mail arrives" to "Play a sound".
This makes TB play a sound for every email which means, a sound is also played when an email is filtered.
I am subscribed to 6 mailinglists, so this feature is useless=(
If the option could be set per folder basis everything would be perfect! =)
... That there is no short cut for viewing headers and an option so it doesn't bip on filtered emails.
A part from that, I couldn't be more satisfied=)
My opinion is clear. They have to make advertisments that isn't annoying, so we Adblock them. You see, there is a reason, that we Adblock them=)
If Advertisments were stylish and wasn't flashing and jumping up and down with Flash stuff etc. there would be no reason to remove them.
Compared to the Linux version, the Windows version comes with pre summited bugs like:
"You have installed Windows." (WONTFIX)
or
"My computer crashes all the time." (NOTABUG, BUTMANYBUGS)
Enjoy! =)
Why do you do a second encoding?
Have you tried doing a "diff" on the pass1 and pass2 file? I am pretty sure, that a second pass encoding only works with video with VBR, not sound.
... I want to know, how to get those girls in the screenshots! =)
What a good argument=) Clearly I can't argue with that=)
Come on boys. Is that the best you can do?=)

I'll better not try and convince them otherwise =)
What is the most important: Features or looks?
If features the iPod is the wrong choice!

There are other portables you know!
Most we hear about iPod all the time? What about those their is Open Source like http://www.neurosaudio.com/
Wouldn't that be more interesting, instead of one that is completly closed and restricted in all possible ways?
What sort of exploit was found in Phantasy Star Online that enabled them to access the hardware?
Lord of the Code.

Linus Torvals as Frodo
Richard Stallman as Gandalf
Ballmer as Shelob

I'll like to file an Anti-Trust case based on the large numbers of Anti-Trust cases =) I mean, there must be a lot more that we don't know about=)
You don't know that=)

You are just guessing based on steveb@microsoft.com from the

Mozilla should should do the same with FireFox. I mean, what can it cost to print CD's now a days?
If I had any points I would rate you informative. Thanks for the link! =)
Do you too think $20 is outrageous?
:)
I hope you get a free shipping with the $20, or else it is not worth it

Damn! And I just bought a license of Linux for home use.
I have Mozilla will start including some of the most used extentions like AdBlock and an advanced tab preferences!

Newer IBM notebooks/laptops doesn't ahve Windows keys, which is absolutly a good thing for any Linux user!! or Windows user for that matter=)
To look on the bride side; you supported a good project to become even better.
