Answer: There are several types of first degree murder, all of which are defined by A.R.S. 13-1105.
The first definition of first degree murder is causing the death of another person with either the intent or knowledge that the conduct will cause death and with premeditation. Premeditation is often described as 'malice aforethought,' which basically means that you probably considered the consequence of your conduct for at least a second before you committed the act.
The second definition of first degree murder is causing the death of another person while committing or attempting to commit another crime like sexual conduct with a minor, sexual assault, molestation of a child, various drug-related crimes, kidnapping, burglary, arson, robbery, escape from jail, child abuse, or unlawful flight from a pursuing law enforcement vehicle, or while fleeing from the scene where you committed any of these offenses.
The third definition of first degree murder is causing the death of a law enforcement officer in the line of duty while intending or knowing that the conduct will cause the officer's death.
I can tell you my personal experience. A skiing vacation was ruined taking my friends RWD BMW up to lake tahoe, as it could not handle on snow. That is one of the issues with RWD. FWD helps address that, but I like AWD in the safety it provides going in the snow(not to mention the lack of hassle as far as chains and the like go). Performance wise, it actually does get you a bit of a faster time off the line as there isn't as much wheel slip.
As to your other concerns, yes, they can do that. However I far prefer an AWD or FWD car in the snow to a RWD.
Well I have driven many BMW's, and besides the well overpriced M3 there is not a decent 3 series. As a result I am probably getting the Saab 9-2x Aero, comfortable seats, great drive and all wheel drive. That and it keeps up with the M3 for a sticker price of 31,000 FULLY LOADED.
As a phone alone, it is very nice, maybe a bit large, but the added functionality that symbian gives it might be worth it. The problem is still the game selection, who cares how cool the hardware is without any games?
Well they might also be a bit odd those mpg meters. Because for example my gas gauge when going downhill goes up very far, so that could be one of the reasons for it.
Here's the problem, read the box on the Samsung. Comes with a starter toner that holds 1/3rd of what a full one does. The only printer best buy sells to still come with starter ink in the box.
Microsoft is putting out yet another MMORPG in an already way too crowded marketplace? I understand the 13$ a month business model is good, but not spread as thin as it will be with all this competition.
The best thing out there right now in Urban areas is a Quadband GSM phone. I'd push for cingular and t-mobile because ATT is kinda crap. Crap in coverage (Roaming in santa cruz on analog and digital, drive from San Jose to Walnut Creek drops signal 12 times), and crap in customer service. The quadband though is the key, because the 850mhz band gets you far better reception in urban centers then the 1900mhz does. One of the reasons GSM works so well in europe is the 900mhz signal (lower the frequency the more range in urban settings, or so I understand).
"Reports have speculated that the famously glitchy BMW 745i car, and its Windows CE-powered iDrive car computer, may have been the vehicle in the incident.
But when contacted by CNETAsia, a spokeswoman from BMW Thailand said the car at fault was a 10-year old BMW 520i that had suffered a simple electronic failure. She declined to reveal if the firm received identical reports from other users in the country. "
I find it funny that a country, so set against japan ignores its own atrocities, the only thing that killed more civilians then Mao was all of World War 2, and not even by that much.
The competition is a 2 gig player for 199$ which is the Rio Nitrus.
This will be a flop from apple, because I can tell you from working retail this holiday season, nothing over 200$ sold except for the 299$ and up ipod. The Nitrus didn't sell until it was dropped to under 200$.
That was retail price, not cost to OEM. That was also a retail price for a drive with some sort of interface to a computer, AKA a consumer product. The 70$ is if you buy 100,000, and theres no interface, no nothing, just the drive.
The only computers now sold on major retailers shelves, contain either +/- or simply +. The +R media is getting cheaper and the -R more expensive. It is pretty clear where the winning standard will be. Btw Best Buy has a sale this week for a 2800+ Athlon Emachine with 512MB of RAM, a 160Gig HD, and a +/-RW burner for 599$. These prices are getting ridiculous!
They actually are hugely popular in a retail setting. I work in a major electronics retailer, and the cheapest harddrive based mp3 player we carry is the 300$ ipod, so lots of people see 200$ for 1.5GB vs 180$ for 256MB, and find it an excellent value. We sold through our small harddrive based players first.

242? You mean the one that palestinians hadn't recognized for years until they realized it might be politically expedient?
Unlike parent of parent, for a GMail invite, I am very flexible.

I'd be kind of worried if you were reliving moments of your childhood while you were having sex.
It does depend actually.
At least for Office 2003 Student and Teacher Edition, it says right on the box it's usable in up to 3 PC's. Are they finally changing their tune?
Time to scream and run away?
Or is that time to laugh? I can never remember which one.
That's a no. They still make say 10$ on a 100$ printer, but they make 20$ on a 22$ cable.

It was a 10 year old 5 series... this must be about the 10th time I have to do this correction. RTFA for gods sake.
3100=4100, note to self, hit preview
Or it could be part of the Dimension 4000 series.
It's up to the 4600, but they had a 3100 as well.
Except for you know... ATI
