  1. I'd say yes on The 11 Greatest Unanswered Questions of Physics · · Score: 1

Physics can be good or bad depending on you and your teacher. If the teacher sucks, then it sucks. But it's mostly about you.

Are you interested in studying why things happen? Do you like math (especially calculus)? Are you satisfied with somebody telling you something or do you want solid proof? Physics can be great. For me, it's the best thing ever, but a surprising amount of people find it boring. If you have an open mind and want to question reality then physics is wonderful -- but remember, it's more than a class.

If you can't feel pain, you have leprosy.

    leprosyn.
A chronic, mildly contagious granulomatous disease of tropical and subtropical regions, caused by the bacillus Mycobacterium leprae, characterized by ulcers of the skin, bone, and viscera and leading to loss of sensation, paralysis, gangrene, and deformation. Also called Hansen's disease.

I don't see where leprosy is defined as not feeling pain, so I must conclude that your conclusion is invalid (I can also think of other cases for which no pain is felt that is not leprosy).

Probably. It was made in the 1980s. I'm pretty sure the X Windows Consortium came together in 1989, so I'd say that it had been around for at least 3 years prior to that (to give it the minimum time necessary to spread).
