    Frankly, I am sick and tired of these integrated GPUs. The theory is that its a cost saver, but since I just put in a dedicated graphics card it ends up being a cost with no benefit. Ah well.

    Of course. But then many of them already operate under international domains and just use the US .com domain to redirect to their main site. But I suspect that the people behind this legislation have no real idea how such things work.

    If you're connecting to the house next door, I would expect 25ms or under. If you're connecting to a tentacle porn henti site in Japan, latency can be upwards of 128ms. In other words, there is nothing magic about broadband that reduces the size of the world or gets around the speed of light limitations.

    Yes... Insurance costs too much not because the companies providing it are greedy and profit driven, but because of all those amputees ruining it for the rest of us. (fyi, dont do a Google image search for "amputees" with safe search turned off. Need mind bleach).

    Hard to say, its a difficult thing to quantify. I do a LOT of data analysis in my programming work, so its either a benefit or a side effect. However I could do without my mind shouting "WHAT'S THAT MEAN!" when someone three rooms away whispers...

    Over the years, I seem to have trained my brain to seek out patterns in everything I encounter. This makes sleeping rough as any back ground noise resembling human speech causes me to become fully alert as my brain tries to make sense of what it heard. Only solution to this I've found is a good white noise generator that operates on the same frequency patterns as speech.

    Course, I could just have the brain worms. Who knows.

    Frankly, I dont see the issue with administering unproven treatments to people who would otherwise suffer and die. So long as the risks are made clear to them. The idea of being told I'm going to die in a month, but they cant try a treatment that could cure me because it could kill me is silly.

    As such I will not buy any computer with Windows 8 on it. Hope Apple realizes this before the next OS X is released, but I doubt it.

    This is the primary election, I think Barack Obama is going to get the Democratic ticket regardless of what the Republicans do.

    If I get a robo call, I simply will not buy your product (or vote for you). No mater what the options are, I avoid people and products that try to annoy me.

    But then if you buy into Santorums position that education is for snobs and if your not rabidly pro Christian your anti religion robo calls may work on you.
