hell yeah, i'll buy this thing tomorrow... i hope "the computer wore tennis shoes" comes out next. i love that movie! if it is available, someone let me know?
i think by "clunky cell phone" he means: Big ol' 40 channel CB with a 20 foot antenna on each mirror of his big ol' truck... that's how hillbillies get the ladies, y'all.
maybe not with the newer versions of RedHat or SuSE... an untrained monkey could install those. these aren't the good 'ol days of pulling your hair out with slackware for six hours and wanting to kick Disk Druid in the pointed ears.
the next generation of the P4 ( >2 GHz) is supposed to have a 533 MHz bus with PC2700 DDR support. while not quite as fast as we would like, it is an improvement at least.
have they found Risa yet? i need to pick up a horgon.
you know... fo' the ladies;-)

the perfect phone for me... the Nextel i1000+. it's not tiny, but not too big. it actually feels like talking on a phone instead of into the air. the buttons are large enough to not have to worry about pressing others at the same time, and it's not flimsy. mine had hit more parking lots and rolled down more stairs than i can remember. a few scratches aside, it's still as wonderful as it was when i got it over a year ago. it's even a lot cheaper now that the new dinky/ugly/double plus more better models are out.

cracking with intent to do harm is definately not an innocent activity. If it is done with good intentions that in no way cause problems, perhaps it is not so evil.
example... if the government hired someone to crack al qaeda systems it would be considered patriotic, or maybe even heroic by some. there would be very few people considering this a felony.
this is just an example of someone doing something that the people with the $$$ doesn't like, and using the "justice" system to their advantage.
That little troll is really irritating, isn't he? They should put Leo back on Call for help... or maybe even have the geek queen herself... Kate Botello.

External IDE isn't that hard to do. All you need is a Dremel and some duct tape.
must be one of the most successful "2nd rate fantasy" shows ever made.
i don't know, man... i always wanted to count Jadzia's spots.
binars/minuet episode title: 11001001
you must be the same dipshit that posted that about stephen king yesterday.
isn't there a purple version of these that can also be used as a controller for the Gamecube?
i hope you're not really that stupid.
hasn't miss cleo used one of these for the last few years?
>>Even die-hard Mac fans are unimpressed.
As a die-hard Mac fan, i AM impressed. it is a beautiful machine!

so... they supported "Win96" but not Win2000... try suggesting Win99, i hear that runs off the NT kernel ;-)
last i knew, AMD = Advanced Micro Devices... where is the word "american" in that name?

it's probably just a database error, calm down
will these tumbleweed RODS be paying for their use of the hyperlink, which was patented by someone, IIRC. (BT, perhaps)
maybe it'll be a double plus super secret revolutionary low power code morphing processor for laptops (and PDAs?)... that's worth some hype, right? ;-)
Nah... they probably would have painted the windows so no one could see in if that were the case.
yes.... you are ;-)
