They don't do many paper sizes, printer drivers aren't that great...
Free black ink. Great! Don't need a laser printer any more! WRONG. The ink scratches right off these pages. Try feeding them through a copier, where they get hot, or putting them on glass, where the wax gets all over.
They are good for doing color brochures and stuff, but the wax is too easily taken off.
If there's too many PC's to run around and install client access on, why wouldn't you just use Windows or Novell software to pump the apps over the network?
Instead, I'm forced to eBay, where I pay $8 shipping on a $40 drive...
I don't want/need 80GB! I just have a stinkin' cheap, 8-20GB drive!
Two people can't print to the damn thing at the same time, without fscking up the currnet print job . . .
You have to get the driver off the web!
Sure, that's fine and dandy, but not for the first 3 months we had it, before they had an updated driver!
The 850N's are a little closer to $2,000...
I don't like them, here's why:
EXPENSIVE to fix

Yeah, I can just see it...SPACESH.ROM
Apple Patented the 'Switch' Commercial
ThinkGeek has the Kernel map poster...
Office is like 50 million lines of C/C++/VB
That's like 3 katrillion lines of ASM
The old texts and demo tutes.
And 'tute' isn't something you do with your horn.
1st "Japan gets all the high-tech stuff" post
Just run 1600x1200 on a 17" monitor...anyone who looks at it gets an instant migraine!
Sure, it's running linux, but isn't it just a crippled entertainment PC?

Basically, 6 was such a dissapointment, they wanted to differentiate it.
:)
6.4 isn't going cause people to switch, but 7.0 will. This isn't linux
180MHz Pentium Pro, not Pentium II
This guy might have a Pentium MMX 200, hell he could have a K6-450, it doesn't seem like he knows what he's talking about.
The whole reason lawyers use DOS Word Perfect is:
You can bring up the view of all the files in a directory
You can hit the up-down arrows and flash each file on the screen. Then you can see what file you're looking for.
Since it's hard to remember which file is which, with 8 character names, this makes it MUCH easier to use than Word/etc.
If they'd only listen to me, and switch to Windows with long file names...
Those things go 25 years without needing to be refilled, or whatever.
I guess I'll start 'The Open Source Group'
All the local consulting firms are renaming, example:
Jorge-Schulz, and associates, CPA's
Now known as
The Jorge-Schulz Group
Who started this little trend?
Hey, if you jump up there you can see her (insert female body part)
Horrible 3rd person camera....
And Descent just made people DIZZY!
It was a fun game though.
I'm sure these guys use some monster systems. You can't just sit around for a half hour while you build the latest kernel.
From a few days ago:
Slashdot: Jaguar Reviews Pour In
Apple II had 1mhz, C64 was 1.02? Not 100% sure!
Lynx in a 132x50 terminal window is pretty farkin' slow
Mr. Pabst has a review too.
Wait about 6 more days until the Pentium IV 2.8Ghz comes out....
2.8Ghz...my first computer didn't have that many MHz
Marketing, web site, programmers, company logo t-shirts, office supplies, COMPUTERS...
I still use it....
Small and fast install....
I guess it's back to RedHat (going to lose the fast install and low footprint)
