    Start a new job. Work for 6 weeks. Make a friend, we'll call them Bob. Bob keeps working. You want to match Bob's advancement to keep working with them. Work for a year. Make a friend. Repeat. Repeat. Advance to management. Join a cool golf group. You want to spend time with your friends. You want to get more gear so you can do better on the links on the weekly golf game. You need to put in overtime to get cash to go on the Vegas trip. You want to take some time to get start a family. If you stop, you fall behind. Your job is relying on your for attendance. Your friends are advancing. Take 3 months off and you'll need to find a new job because there will be a recession when you come back. Damn.

    We need to ban this addictive activity called "work". :)

    Or maybe the unofficial battery? I bought one of those "double capacity" batteries after ruining my official one converting it to Pandora (by clipping a leg off a chip).

    I suspect this is your issue. If I put my stock PSP down and don't pick it up prior to the battery fully discharging I lose my suspend point.

    Your battery may be discharging or simply not communicating with the PSP properly.

    I think the problem is the definition is changing. $200 used to be in the lower quadrant. Now it is definitely mid-range. The high-end has dropped out as there is no point to be pushing X trillion pixels.

    Interesting. I have an unlimited data plan I got last year. I tether my phone to my laptop and can use it anywhere.

    I've never used over 5GB but the plan only costs me $15/month.

    Although I believe that all unauthorized charges to my credit card have been refunded, it is worrisome that Skype, or anyone, would charge my account erroneously.

    Companies make errors all the time. I suggest you spend a few moments reviewing your statements when they come in. It is pretty obvious when mistakes are made, and they seem to happen most often with cellphones.

    This is one reason I like to stick to paper statements. It reminds me to look at them when the bill comes in.

    You are correct I am assuming they would only make the comment if they expected that a relatively large majority were mail. My assumption is about their perception, not the actual situation.

    Dell is based in Texas. Texas does not allow gay marriage. Therefore anyone with a female spouse is a male.

    If I could borrow $4B at the rates MSFT is getting I'd run out and get it too. Then they invest the money later (remember they are already investing $25B) and end up with a positive return.

    I recently had my old one stolen that I kept in the gym bag solely for watching movies on the treadmill. I looked high and low for a decent replacement with a high resolution, bright screen, and swappable storage. I ended up buying a used PSP 2001 for $90. Nearest thing I could find that still had a smaller and lower resolution screen was an iPod touch for ~$200.

    BTW, that was movies off the memory stick. I never purchased a UMD movie.
