As we get to places were components are used and reused, we can represent these components as images which interact through certain connectors. Think programming in UML with predesigned components. Obviously there will always be pieces that must be hand coded, just open the box and insert code.
Unfortunately, for your argument anyway, it comes down to the exact wording of the eula. The and of the English language is both a mathematical or and a mathematical and. Final meaning must be interpreted. In the particular case sited, the and is inclusive, not exclusional. This makes it a mathematical or, not a mathematical and. If it had said "installed on one, and only one computer, and played on that same computer" then there would be no doubt of the intention; however, human languages are ambiguous and as stated previously, it can be interpreted as a mathematical or rather than a mathematical and. This is why contracts used to be in multiple languages, to counter the ambiguities of one language with the strengths of another.
true||false = true
Now, you may attempt to counter my statements by saying that if that was their intention, they would have used an or. The or of the English language is, however, a mathematical xor. This would create a purchase that would result in no playing because if you install, you no longer have the option to play. If you don't install, you have the option to play but how are you going to play if you don't install?
Always remember, mathematics and language don't always match. Just because you think you can prove language with mathematics doesn't mean you're correct. Languages are not logical.
who said anything about jobs being finished here? the tech economy is alive and well here. it'll stay that way too.
This isn't the ukraine or some other former soviet republic. people here know how to use a rubber.
if you think that an american guy can't steal a woman from a slavic man, you need an education. we are raised different and treat the woman better. they like that:o)
Prague, Czech Republic. We're in the process of hiring 100 people for an IBM subcontract. If you don't mind moving to europe, where the women are gorgeous, send me a note.
Don't you mean 99.9% of the other crap??? I enjoy the simpsons just as much as any other, but I must admit, it's still crap, crap that I love to watch and crap that is just like everything else on fox....... crap:o)
i think what this means is that you have to say "not to troll" or "I know this is offtopic" but..... because anyone who does that seems to go up. it's funny though, i'm getting modded offtopic when i should be modded overratted. i'm on the topic:o)
Was it just me or were there way too many times that post used the word also. It sounds like interesting information though. Also, it could be really cool if you're a webmaster wanting to secure access centrally and also don't want to deal with it yourself. It would also be cool as a user not needing extra passwords also. Also, there must be one more way I can find to use the word also. Also
Sorry, no dice there. Win98 had no more stability and was all but Win95b with the bloat of the active desktop required. Win98 for free would be a curse to anyone still running Win95. I hated it when I "upgraded" to Win98 on my p120 because every clock cycle mattered. I went back to Daddy Blue Screen because at least he was faster.
I speak from experience on this. Do some research to move to another country. The reason US it jobs get exported is because the cost of living, and so required salary, is lower elsewhere. I came to Prague with almost no experience and busted my ass to find a job. There are TONS of IT jobs here. Choose your metropolis and start learning their language. You'll thank yourself for it later.
not sure if the pizza hut was in the original arcade tmnt2, but i'm absolutely certain that it was in the arcade version of tmnt3. if i recall correctly, the arcade games didn't hit until after the first movie which was whent he whole pizza hut deal was struck.
How Are The Scripts Updated?
Each time a new PC game is launched or about to be launched, your DISCover(R) console will use an Internet or phone connection to pull down the new script/s. It's a bit like the TiVo(R) model.
Obviously, it must learn how to properly execute stuff, but I really don't like this idea. Not like there is any sensitive data or anything, or at least, there better not be, but there is potential for a dick to hose your system through script replacement.
my tuition room and board at a "premier private university" was 24.5k/yr when i started in 1997. as we all know, it raises up every year. it's in the
30s now. it's too bad i had to be too short to play big time football(6-0 220lb offensive lineman that ran a 4.88 40), i could have just gotten a nice athletic scholarship to pay for my comp sci degree
I can't disagree with you, but I can hope. You forget to realize that it eventually comes to money. No one really wants to spend more of it right now. Mention free and ears do start to pop up a bit. Free fix, or $150 upgrade??? Free fix, or $150 upgrade??? Some will choose to leave the dark side.
As bad as this may seem, perhaps it will push users into other browsers. Microsoft has already said that future IE versions will only be available through an OS upgrade. Perhaps the less enlightened will become enlightened when they find that IE X.X is no longer supported and [insert vulnerablity here] can only be fixed with an OS upgrade because you can't just get an IE upgrade. Maybe then, the less enlightened will just get another browser and then be enlightened.

the very definition of l3 cache, is level 3 cache, hence the name, l3. do you not remember when l2 cache used to be on the mobo?

Unicorn
Couldn't we then just apply the latest patch to resolve the issue?
So which insane asylum did SCO UNIX(R) have its Well-Defined Roadmap committed to?
The map:
Buy SCO UNIX(R) =>Show map to be Well-Defined=>Commit map to insane asylum

i try to live for the fp but every time i think i'm going to get it, someone else has already claimed it.
I'm an inti. I randomly run around in circles and at the end of each path, I add one to myself.

perhaps the jpeg compression fooled the detection algorithm? have you tried other higher quality formats... something that isn't lossy??
