Actually the hot air SCO let off in the past year already cooled down to a few kelvin. So they sprayed it onto sixty pages and sent it to IBM in hope they would warm up the story to get this stuff inflated again.
The containers, which came from a number of factories on the outskirts of Baghdad, were delivered to the army by the Fedayeen and were distributed to the front-line units under cover of darkness.
'the outskirts of Baghdad' is not really THAT big an area to search, if you got proper information on more specific locations (as this source obviously doesn't) it should be possible to find it within an hour or so...
The devices, which were known by Iraqi officers as "the secret weapon", were made in Iraq and designed to be launched by hand-held rocket-propelled grenades. They could also have been launched sooner than the 45-minutes claimed in the dossier.
i might got some false information on this part but i for myself imagine rpgs as:
take out the box
aim
fire
in which case the 45 minutes shrink to a mere 5 iven if you have to add:
wipe your ass
get off toilet
flush
walk over to weapons tent
also IF they were delivered to frontline units WHERE ARE THEY NOW?
i still remember in the balkan war the serbs had in their media almost every day reports on shot down american fighters, yet we all know there was one fighter which crashed there (and even this one might just have crashed because of technical problems im not sure on this), which was the ONLY one ever SEEN.
so you could bet that EVERY tiny bit even remotely associated with weapons will be shown to the world in an instant! (remember those 5-10, also not sure on the number, rocket parts found right after the end in iraq? yeah thats WMD's.
so better grow up and ask yourself (or mor specifically good ole bush) about international rights! (wonder why no german, french, other anti iraq-war countries get NO contracts for rebuilding in iraq? search google for 'bush iraq halliburton' and check fo yourself)
i had the same problem a while ago but after a quick search on the net i found out that you can install the wmp9 codecs also for mp6.4
for those interested just download the wmp9 installer, unzip it, and instal the codecs via the inf file (no guarantee on this though as its been awhile since ive heen doing this;) )
No, it's not. It will give other companies a chance to get into the market, with Linux-friendly products with open source drivers.
I would bet that once a company with a decent graphics card with GPL'd drivers come out many (if not most) of the linux users would switch. The only problem is I know of no such company/card (to be honest I don't know the situation with ATI but afaik they also have binary only drivers).
You see, leading or not, nVidia doesn't really have anything that is so unique. Dozens of companies can put together decent 3D graphics cards. Maybe they aren't quite as fast or quite as cheap, but they are plenty good.
So could you please contact those companys to start working? I can't wait to get my hands on a decent card with about the same features as ATI/NVIDIA, reasonable speed and GPL'd drivers, even if they cost 30% more.
Until then please forgive me my binary driver usage to get some gaming on linux (while supporting the vendors of such games to increase linux support on their side).
stable is imho actually not really considered to be used as workstation distro but for servers which need to rely on really stable and tested packages.
One important page for finding the right source for a recent Mozilla, OpenOffice or X11 is:
why not use the standard unstable dist? mozilla/openoffice are really new (not sure for x11 though, havent updated quite some time)
and btw 'unstable' is in debian terms about as stable as a recent distro from redhat.
i dont think this is such a huge issue just look at the pentium multiprocessor architecture. afaik every processor shares just one bus so if you have 4 procs in your box every of it has just 1/4th of the memory bandwidth of a single one.
so puting more than one core on a chip wont be so bad especially if amd keeps up the good work like having a seperate memory channel for each cpu
is it just me or is anyone else concerned about the increasing heat generated by current processors?
now that water cooling seems to be getting standard for cooling our great new opteron/p4 with about 100W power dissipation how long will it be that we need to cool our pc with liquid nitrogen just to be starting windows?
but on the other hand its kinda cool to know that your next gen processor could make you a cup of coffee in an instant
comparing openssh and a fpd game shows you are obviously no game programmer!
with usual openssh applications it doesnt matter if your latency is below 100ms or over 1s.
ever tried to play quake while beeing 1 second behind?
so in games there has to be some tradeoff made for keeping games smooth (on the cost of security as the server cannot check every player action as this would kill off the gaming experience)
But the problem is your solutions also requires one of these upgrades.
;)
I would rather recomend this upgrade.
Or if you have a dislike for linux even just this upgrade helps much.
Either that or they made a pot on the papers with notes pointing to it:
"You see, this is a singularity. It's ALL in there!"

=)
Step back, relax and think about it:
"major Holywood talent"
Now if this isn't a contradiction in itself
=)
Hell where do you live to get such good music? ;)
shhhh!!!!
dont tell the publishers or the poor record companies will have to pay even more for selling drm-sh^H^H^H^H^H^Hcds
must... resist...
...
What if Microsoft built cars
critical patch for a 'major' hole in windows?
well count me in when it comes out in ~5-6 months...

or it might be a ?good? reason to shape up ;)
Nah they should've been using Debian so they could upgrade without reboot even the oldes software on a live system ;)
yea but until then you'll get some ill tempered sea bass :)

well this shouldnt be 2 hard: just go to your next computer store and ask the seller for a software called windows. install it and there you go! ;)

well actually if you would read ct (at least i know it from there) since 13. sept there is a similar law out!
;))
(95a UrhG, didnt read the actual law but circumventing a copy 'protection' scheme is also not allowed, even for private use)
so cheers from austria
(as i dont know the laws here so much and dont get detailed info on it i consider myself still safe
