You should probably look at the album cover and decide for yourself whether it's child pornography or not. Here it is.

It is a naked child in a sexually suggestive position. That makes it child porn by definition, no matter what American "free speech" cultists say.

I disagree. This does not fit the definition of pornography (from the American Heritage Dictionary, and others): "Sexually explicit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal." The primary purpose of this picture is clearly not "to cause sexual arousal," but to illustrate the lyrics of the album's title song, and of course to get attention (which would make the purpose "marketing.")

Getting a good search tool on your site demands a _lot_ of work and could be very expensive. It's a reason they basically all suck. Even huge sites like Wikipedia's search box is quite bad compared to Google.

What does a single mismanaged IT-project in an EU country has to do with anything?
This project is a joint venture between universities, private companies and broadcasters and the TFA is about how they got a government grant from the EU.
FTFA: "P2P-Next is based on a technology called Tribler, developed at the Delft University of Technology. [..] The P2P-Next team successfully pitched the EU for funding as part of the 7th Framework project, designed to encourage Europe-wide cooperation and technical excellence. The four years of funding will be used to develop a number of enhancements to Tribler, covering live P2P streaming, an improved user interface, inbuilt friend/taste recommendations, and much more.

"costs us" ? Are you suggesting that you are "cleansing your mind" of thoughts of 4x4s and women chasing you instead of going to work? If so, you appear to be quite stupid and will soon starve to death (or at least lose your apartment..) Most people know very well what commercials are for, and most people doesn't mind being manipulated in regards to what soap or painkiller to buy.. What do you suggest as an alternative to advertising, by the way? A government-mandated ban on brand-names, or a law against talking favorably about products? Both? Advertising is clearly no challenge to democracy at all. But a threat to democracy and freedom is people who want to limit freedom of speech.
