not only that, but their trackers keep going down.
how can they possibly have concluded that software gets developped faster open source? buesinesses are a lot more organized and know what they want and how they're going to build it.
It's simply implausible that you have a file-sharing system set-up and running, and that no one ever downloaded anything from you. So cause it's possible it's bound to happen?
If you were to put a cd on a music stores shelf, is it guarranteed it will sell? no. so why the it's bound to be downloaded thinking?
and the RIAA would have to convince the jury that there really were "all those people" downloading the songs from you. how CAN they prove anyone but themselves downloaded the music.
Interestingly the french use english words like 'stop' and 'weekend' which are completely english words.. and there are close to no french words withe the letter w in em.
actually it's the local promoters who foot the bill and pay the artists to preform at their events.. just cause they're on "tour" doesn't mean they're making it up.. they get booked by promoters and play in a given city then off to the next promoter's city.. where does the label come into the picture?
it can run, but can it recover well if it slips?
or will it just fall down and break?

uhh, how about this. how can they tell your making it available for download..?
for all they know the files might be available, but you cancel the download as soon as it's started..
if the RIAA downloads it.. then what crime was comitted? the RIAA holds rights to the music, so both sides are legally holding copies now.
We can't sustain multiple other people's businesses this guy should learn some grammar.
