why SHOULD you be allowed? law enforcement is in place, specifically so you can't do these sorts of things. it isn't your right to speed, nor is it your right to kill. both are illegal, and for goo reason.
I'm guessing you don't know what downtown montreal is like, driving 157kph is insanely fast given the size of the streets here, i've never seen anyone do more than 80 downtown.
also montreal drivers know that we're in the jay-walking capital of the world.

i don't use any virus software, i use a firewall, but as long as you're carefull with your downloads, you should never really come across a virus..
i haven't and i download stuff of p2p networks all the time.
mind you i don't use any MS products, with exception to windows.
While we're at it why not use that old 33/66 and 14.4.. nostalgia is all great and all, but using archaic technology really doesn't serve much purpose..

Check files, particularly MP3s, for filler, or repetitions of strings (the usual cause of noise on fake MP3s). Make users able to chose the actual content that they are after. Perhaps also blacklisting of unreliable users from a user level?

iTunes is US only, Puretracks is canada only..
they check what country you're in based on your IP address.. so you can't really lie..
