I work in a tax office, and while I would never be stupid enough to install this game on a business machine, most tax software includes SSN and/or name on the title bar of the window containing the tax return.

Ah, so it is far better for business to spend days or weeks down patching the latest bug to exploit IE, than to spend a little time developing in a reasonable manner. My fault, assumed business was to make money, guess why our businesses are failing and the overseas markets are taking over, politics have no place in business.

I think he is talking about Yahoo recently removing the user chat rooms from their chat program, due to the fact that they could not control the content and some paid ads ended up in rooms discussing illegal activities. The user chat rooms are still not back in the chat software.

It was their fall back song, whey wanted REM's "It's the end of the world as we know it", but got refused, so they selected that one because of the start button.

I live in the country, no cable available, no plans for it to be. My phone comes from 10 miles away, so DSL is not an option, so my only high speed option is satellite, and it is too expensive for the garbage service it provides, so for the forseeable future I will be on dial up at home, not because I want to be, but because I am not worth enough as a customer to warrant the cost to the companies to build up their infrastructure.

Wouldn't a fee have to be added to each of these disks, similar to the fee we pay on any item that becomes toxic waste, batteries as an example have a fee added on tho their price to cover the disposal. If the movie industry replaces the current DVDs with this technology, I feel sure that they will see a severe drop in revenue.

  15. Re:Is that even legal? on California City Issues Internet Cafe Moratorium · · Score: 1

The problem with this "consensus" is that it has no real basis in law, the way minors are treated in this country has only added to the increased restriction of our rights, even as adults. As a student in high school, I had a constant battle with the administration about what student's rights were.

I know some people who at 14 were mature enought to have been given their full rights, and I also know some 30 year olds who are still not mature enough to handle themselves. Age has nothing to do with maturity.
