    I compleatly agree to your last sentance. And may I add this:

    I'm not going to pay that amazing amount of money for Photoshop. No mater WHAT, I wouldn't pay it. So, I can eather copy it, or not. Both ways Adobe is the exact same. They arn't down anything, nore is anyone else. But, I get to use those happy little filters. No one is hurt. No one. In your amusement park example, you probably WOULD pay the admission if sneaking in was not an option. Add that to the finite capasity everyone else has mentioned and I'll bet you can't find one real world example that doesn't break down.

    No no no... it's not a double post! You can CLEARLY see by the titles that one is about the Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz, and the other one about the Pentium 4 2.8 GHz! Note the capital H. Brings up a question, which way is correct? I've always done Ghz, but have seen GHz also.

    Hmmm... they forgot to list my shoutcast server! :)

    But on a serious note, they don't check, and they shouldn't. I have cable, even though I don't want it because I'm about 15 freekin feet out of DSL's range. So, I have a home network which I use NAT for, and a shoutcast server, and soon a mail/ftp/http server, and they can put freekin up with it. They CAP MY BANDWIDTH, so I should be able to do WHATEVER with what they GIVE ME!

    Oh, and cable sucks. Can't even get a freekin static IP from them, even though their dynamic doesn't change much unless I turn off my router computer or modem.

    No, people go sailing on a boat to get away from all that. There is a difference between LIVING on a boat and USING/OWNING one.

    Over the summer I decided to pack up for CA and live on a boat over the summer... with a TV, Radio, Computer, and Phone.

    Please mod parent up.

    This is one of the few times I would think I ever realy used a floppy. While I still use them ocasionaly to transfer files instead of FTP, when needing a boot disk these solutions don't work.

    And am I the only one with about 120 floppies sitting in my computer room in boxes? Including the boot disks for Windows versions 95 - XP?

    In the article, they didn't say they were getting rid of ALL pop up adds. Not only will they continue some regular pop ups, but also the pop up unders. While I find these to be slightly less annoying, because they don't steal focas, I consider them to be a pain in the butt also.

    I read both notices and it seems like the VeriSign one was much more confusing then the one from Comondo.

    In the VeriSign renewal form, it had no indication that they were not your registar to begin with. However in the Comondo email it had wording such as...

    why not upgrade your Certificate with Comodo and join our many customers

    That made it clear to me that this wasn't sent to a current customer of Comondo.

    Well, if you kick it with a Wrecking Ball, who's fault is it then?

    The difference is that Microsoft had 100% NO INTENT to open a security risk, nore did they do anything wrong. The people who wrote this virus DID something and with full knowledge it was illegal.

    You have to dial a 1 before using 555-1212, and use the area code, even if you are IN the area you want assistance for...

    So if I'm in Seattle(206) and want Directory Assistance for Seattle(206), I dial

    1 + 206 + 555-1212

    And if I'm in Long Beach(562) and want Directory Assistance for Seattle(206), I dial

    1 + 206 + 555-1212

    Mocha is the old name for JavaScript.

    Just as it changes javascript to java-script
    and VBScript to VB-Script, it changes mocha to something else, it just couldn't hyphanate it.
