    Um thats not how it works. They arent arresting people with violent sites. They are blocking them. If someone makes a violent site in some oter country they will block it, simple. Jurisdiction has very little to do with it.

    Why could they even get additional money by a bank? If the provider wants to impose a limit, that should be done by their security system in their own branch. If the bank had been designed with break-ins in mind, there wouldn't have been a case.

    FreeDOS. Seriously. It even has experimental FAT32 support. And its free. And the latest one is CD bootable. Pop the cd in, load Ultima V to your FAT32 HD (unless you're using NTFS) and play. I believe you can even customize the boot cd and make an Ultima V "live cd". Saving might be a problem there tho...

    I don't know about you, but I had to explicitly setup and install windows update notification gizmo to automatically d/l the patches. Same difference as making a a cron job, if a little prettier.
