I have noticed that me personally have gone from buying 2-3 games a month to 2-3 a year sence I have been playing MMORPG's as I do not have the time to play the standalone games that are so static in most cases. This has been going on for me for almost a decade (started in 1998 with UO)and I do not see this trend changing anytime soon for me.
Both Google and the end user pays for the internet. Google pays for thier end for the bandwidth that they use and the size of pipes that they need to have and on the other end you have the consumer that pays for thier connection.
Now Verizon should if it wants to get more money charge more for the bandwidth that it sells to the ISP's that connect directly to it and it's own customers but to pick on a compay that may be three or four hops away and expect them to pay is crazy.
This would be like SBC charging for a phonecall that started in Mexico and the other end was Verizon's customer just becouse a portion of the phonecall's routing touched thier network.
That is not a bad idea. I know I have no fashion sense and therfor stick to dark blue/black slacks and a grey or light blue shirt. I personally hate the colors of the clothes but the look ok together in almost any combination.
just anti-education. There is a following in the right wing of the USA politics that goes to something of the effect that if it is not in the bible then it is not true and right now those nuts run the country.
Look at it this way if Prop 13 was ever repealed then alot of people could never afford to live in Califonia that have owned thier homes for 20+ years. What government needs to learn how to di is curb it's spending and put itself on a budget just like any household in the country.
Let the manufacture know of the issue but if the issue is not patched within a week let the world know of the issue but not the exact details simular to what this guy did and if it still has not been patchedwithin a second week then let the world know the full details so that we can protect ourselves from the issues. I would expect this from both open and closed source software.
1GB of storage vs 2.5+GB that Gmail offers is far better for Gmail.
Do not pay Comcast any money and move your ISP to another provider.
If I buy a five user licence for Vista I can have up to 20 virtual machines on a single system and still be legal?
With a device like that you could record and leave the stinkiest farts around and play great pratical jokes.

However it is simply solved by disabling the USB ports either physically or via the registery which they should have been in the first place.
This reminds me of the wing packs that the GI Joe's used to use in the cartoons.
Yes there are segments that will be affected and the servers that are streaming may have issues but the internet as a whole will be uneffected.
Mob metality at it's worst. This type of thing goes too far where we are letting the mob dictate morality

I always assumed that iTunes did this. If you do not like apple having any of your data do not do business with them at all.
Some one has to get these people in line

I would love to have these colored bubbles. This is such a neat idea.

That is the final curse of Media Center. Even if it worked, it would still be Windows .

Encryption is bad for people who want to spy on you
The new Yahoo mail is ugly and looks bloated give me a nice pine view any day of the week.
Looks like it is going to be a booming year for ATI and NVIDIA when Vista is released
No crash with Mozilla 1.5B on my Solaris system Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; SunOS sun4u; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030901
