Hence the "SSO like" design. The grandparent was suggesting a variation on the existing design. The current model doesn't have the capacity to carry 20 people either.
Which was the grandparents point I believe. They were implying (I think) that you're not likely to replace your word processor / spreadsheet / presentation software with just a word processor no matter how good the word processing program is.
It is apples and oranges, but still a valid consideration...
While I am surprised that there isn't more support for Real coming from the anti-DRM / Proprietary folks, I also can't help but think that Real would have more support if they opened up their format.
Granted, nobody really wants to use their format, but at least I'd be more willing to get behind them if they acted in a non-hypocritical manner.
I think NeoOfficeJ is a fantastic implementation of OpenOffice. I switched to it because NeoJ will load associated files when you double click them. OpenOffice in its current OS X X-window implementation doesn't do this very consistently. On top of that the integration with OS X is just so much cleaner and friendlier.
Neo Office J is being used to prepare for the eventual native OS X release of OpenOffice, so I want to do what I can to encourage the project.
I haven't seen that blank screen issue yet, but sometimes (often lately) when I click on a thread that hasn't gotten comments yet, I'll get the message "Nothing to see here". A couple reloads, and it lets me see the discussion.
It reminds me of the original NES controller. I'm not really in the market for a portable game console, but the retro look makes me start to consider it.
I can't help but think that the resemblance to the old NES is intentional to try to make some sales to people (like me) still clinging to their youth.
Yes / No ? I really am not sure here...
My second thoughts were "Hmm, I wonder how I'd look in a mouse coat".
Mod +2 Punny
No apologies needed. Those of us with reading comprehension skills knew what you meant.
Agreed, but it would in theory run smoother than the Xbox1 install.
Glad to see we're in agreement here =)

If you ask me, getting a BJ is always more important than just about anything else.

Wait a sec...
=)
I'm not a big fan of his, but fair is fair.
You could use a CD-RW to save yourself from wasting the media. Not a perfect solution, but good enough for me..

Congrats!!

I'm saying we need to hire Superman. Sheesh, pay attention everybody!
Looking at the top-left corner, it is a java based app, so there's *some* hope yet.

A page refresh usually clears this up for me.
