I've had my ipod since the 3rd generation came out about a year ago and I've been using black headphones for about 7 or 8 months- I foresaw it as an obvious downfall to wear white headphones at night in chicago if I keep the fscking thing. I still have it and no one is the wiser about I'm using for music anymore- it's none of their business.
actually, the three lawyers that responded to me via legalmatch were very experience, respectable and the ones I didn't return contact to have not bothered me again. the thing is that most don't know they can have something removed from their record or when that time comes, that's it's available to them then.
personally, I'm ready to have a clean record and it's going to take a lawyer (no matter what I think of them) to get it done.
I used legalmatch.com recently when I needed a lawyer to help expunge an old issue but it turned out I had another year to wait- I wouldn't have minded if a respectable lawyer had contacted me about it when they knew I was ready to get it cleared- most people never get their record cleared and it can be a royal pain in the ass to have even the smallest offense held against you when you least expect it.

Teen Responsible For All Six Items In Clarksburg Police Blotter
CLARKSBURG, WV--According to sources at the Clarksburg Telegram, troubled youth Danny Nathum, 17, is responsible for all six items on Monday's police blotter. "We had two disorderly-conduct reports, three counts of vandalism, and one DUI arrest," Telegram assistant editor Jesse Sutton said. "Looks like Mr. Nathum had himself one heck of a busy weekend." Clarksburg, population 16,743, last experienced an all-Nathum crime spree in December, when the teen stole a bicycle, burned down a barn, and punched Old Man Herman.
P.S. get the Bluetooth mouse if you go with Apple. It is much easier to use than the trackpad.
but don't get the apple bluetooth mouse, instead get a nice logitech with multiple buttons and a wheel. I love my apples, but the single button mouse is a royal pain.
If you want him to think of you often get him something he finds useful and will use a lot.
naked pictures (of you is good, but they don't have to be) will also have this effect and, along with tools, will continue to remind him of being with you even after you dump his sorry ass for me.;)
