    Knowing Apple and their crap, I'm not surprised... Apple don't want people to fiddle with the iPhone, At&T don't want people to fiddle with it. They both want it closed so they and they alone can offer additional services and software for a premium fee. Do you really think they want to give away money for free?

    If a crime has been committed and they have evidence for said crime, file a complaint with police, have the police do the investigation and if a crime found to have taken place, a subpoena is issued and the ISP will hand over data to the court.

    Alas, Americans are used to corporations having more legal standing and protection than the citizens, Europe is the opposite.

    1. Dark pigmentation is a protection against the sun.
    2. When people migrate north were the sun is weaker, over time, the need for sun protection disappears and people lose the pigmentation, hence becoming lighter.

    Real close, I agree.. Postgres had a 40GB cache, Oracle used 21GB

    What I don't understand is why Americans accept this bullshit. If anything like this had taken place where I come from, the government and the PM would have been fired and a new one formed. It would have been head line news and the PM would have had to show up in the news studios and defend it and probably been humiliated to the nth degree.

    Here in the US, people bend over and take it all the way for then to turn around and ask "Again, please?" When are you going to realize that the government is for the people by the people and not for the corporation and fuck you people!

    If this government is not a 2nd amendment moment, then all the bullshit about 2nd amendment is just a bad excuse to own some shiny guns.
