Imagine one of those robots (depicted in the article) approaching you with its menacing video camera peering at you. What's the first thing any sane person would do... labotomize it (and in the process gain a free iPAQ).
Thanks to you/. link, znminmet.com is now upping production of their manhole covers by a factor of 100 based on the recent increase in the number of hits to their site ("it was just a matter of time til the world realized that they can't do without our amazing manhole covers").
Woohoo... and I thought that four years ago when I was instructed to use lexx and yacc that I was using antiquated technology. But the whole time using it I kept hearing my professor from ten years back saying "someday you will need to know this."
Are you, or have you ever been, a member of or in anyway affiliated with the 2600 club of which they named themselves after the phone frequency that you used to gain free access to the network?
I can seem to find the duplication anywhere in the combined pictures. But, I was never any good at those Where's Waldo books or the Magic Eye thing for that matter.

Would be nice to have an iPAQ that ships with Opie / Familiar (minimal Linux distributions with GUI specifically for PDAs) rather than have to burn it in ourself. Take a bit from Pocket PCs pocket...

Yeah, well when I am playing BF1942 and get shot up due to a poorly responding NIC driver or a fragged drive I want some sort of accountability. It IS a safety issue.
