I think your post makes it obvious that piracy can be the best advertising. How many of those people would have even bothered with your game if they didn't have a illegit version to try out.
I have issues with 4.1 so I have not upgraded to it. I would like to find a changelog to see if they changed certain things back to the way they were in 4.0.1 Anyone know where on the Apple site I can find a list of specific changes in iTunes for Mac?
Thanks
I am not sure why that even warrants a comment. It has been discussed (ad infinitum) that the only way that this business model is profitable is if Apple uses the ITMS to sell IPods. If they implemented the measures you say they would not be in that business. Criticizing the RIAA and record labels makes sense, Microsoft and the sweeping DRM schemes, also need some serious opposition, but the fact is is that Apple was in it to make some money, and it has been shown, that if you want to do that while selling music, to the masses (not a specialized niche market that many indies make their money off of) one has to play nice with the RIAA. In doing that (if one is able to stomach it) the series of conclusions leads you (as it obviously led Apple to long ago) to making money off the hardware, not the music. (if you want to charge less than a dollar a song) I am amazed this post was modded to a +5 interesting. It seems like little more than a troll.
I would buy a megaphone if I could use it wherever I wanted to, but I can't so I won't.
Since AAC is an open standard why don't any of these stores develop their own DRM scheme (or use Apples if it isn't proprietary, but I assume it is) and offer both formats, or even just AAC if Microsoft doesn't like that idea?
The problem really isn't in how this one application violates rights. It is how each of these steps gets us closer to having everything we fear actually happen, but too slowly to notice.
Another thing missing in the iBook is an audio in. Sure it can be resolved with a Griffin PowerWave or iMic, but it still is nice to have one less device on my desk.

that is why apple added dvd burning to iTunes. To Back Them Up. Apple believes in back up as well dude.
I actually have found bands by having Amazon suggest them to me. As an obsessed music fan (think a milder version of High Fidelity) I do feel I have some taste and it came as a surprise to me that by me rating a few albums that Amazon could come up with something new for me. Then, I usually check them out on Kazaa, then if I like them enough to keep the mp3s I buy the album.
Being involved in mailing lists maintained by fan clubs for bands you like help as well. The people often feel a kinship with each other and will recomend things at the drop of a hat.
Another suggestion is to take note of the record label some of your favorites are on. Indie labels often put out compilations to promote their less known artists that often have a similar feel to the bread winning ones.

Although there is a warning that once this is done, Mail stops learning.
Actually, it seems more like theyt are lifting plot devices from "The Prisoner" I hope that one of these things have the name Rover. Be seeing you.
Mainly because I don't like the "Mason's Computer" name that OSX comes up with.

Now that no longer works.
But surprisingly the banner that I set up to not move still stays put.
Whatever I guess.... Safari pre1.2 was the only browser to support it anyways.

I don't know about you, but this isn't my idea of a great pin-up.. but to each their own I guess.
Why don't you just get a CD burner for your mac and make an unncrippled version for work?
