    Except that "Fonster" and "Fonsder" sound nearly identical, while Windows and Lindows are reconizably different. A more fair example would have been "Fonster" and "Lonster" .

    My only other machine is a 300mhz k6, and I haven't even bothered networking it yet. I used to have ccache setup though, but I found I mostly only helped with mozilla for my behaviors.

    On day 3 of compilling here :( , stupid p3 450. I do cancel the compile during the daytime though to play some Quake3, and resume it again at nights.

    Switch kde and gnome around, and replace debian with gentoo, and that's my situation.

    Mandrake is desktop-agnostic, and SUSE may switch to gnome over time. So that leaves 3 newbie distros, and Conectiva.

    Didn't they already refuse to pay Novell the royalty fees owed for this year? Why would they pay a mere individual, who has no power to force payment aside from a costly protracted legal battle, and SCO might not be around by the end of it.

    What's wrong with sticking up for the underdog? People do it all the time, it's a common behavior. What really is there to actually hate about it? I find it a far stranger behavior when people blindly cheer on the big guy, no matter the situation. Those people give me the creeps.

    Don't you mean, some kid named his domain mikerowesoft, which is the kid's actual name? And even in your skewed characterization I still find MS' behavior quite vicious and unjustified.

    I hope xbox will get some japanese RPG's one of these days. I one of the ones who've been following the genre since Final Fantasy 1, and dragon warrior etc for the nes. I think that's the main problem with the xbox popularity in Japan, you just can't succeed there without some nice RPG's.

    Damn, somebody is going after me with overrated mods today. I'd better go check my freaks list. That overrated modifier is just a cop-out anyways imho. If you seem a problem with a post actually mod it with a modifier that has to be backed up. Overated is just a way for abusive mods to avoid meaningful meta-moderation.

    I think the practice of giving people who admit their guilt a less harsh penalty, makes most people consider admitting guilt even when innocent, if they have any doubt of being able to prove thier innocence.

    Have the payment go to the reciever, not some central cash sucking thing. Then if I do get spam, at least I'll get the compensation automatically. And you can give authourized people a special, limited time, code/key that they can use to avoid paying you, then friends/businesses you trust, etc, would avoid costs.

    I've had this once, only the dream didn't continue, I was awake, with my eyes open, but completly paralized. It was quite a fearful experience without nightmares going after me, especially since I was breathing very lightly and I didn't think I was getting enough oxygen to survive long. Out of the fear of not breathing enough I eventually got control of my breathing and snapped out of it. This has only happened once, about a year ago. Is there any great risk of it becomming regular? That would suck.
